Archived PIVX Ambassador Support and Localized Marketing Management

The official PIVX Ambassador Program (PAP) established last fall as an early stage marketing initiative came to fruition this year and with the help of some PIVX champions. Since then, there are now 15 Official PIVX Ambassadors. We present this proposal on behalf of all our PIVX Ambassadors (PA).
Goals:
To continue to serve as an official PIVX support and care team, empowering, managing and equipping them in there endeavor to share PIVX in their region via events (meetups and larger events), one-on-ones, merchant adoption goals.
We also will support their efforts in delivering awesome, relevant and impacting content every week for PIVX main marketing as well as serving the local community channels. Gathering stories from Meet-ups and merchant relations working closely with the main PR team.
The 2nd phase goal is developing regional marketing teams to include hyper-local content, aiming to work with local artists and content creators to deliver the marketing materials in their language and voice as well as using images appropriate to their culture. Grow the marketing team!
This can be seen in our work with Ziscad for Japanese and Korean creative and most recently with Strontium in developing a campaign around a character he designed called, Private PIVvy. To be revealed soon to the Japanese market via the local community channels. We hope to use these as the case study to then find others in the regions where we have an Ambassador present. This includes funds to pay them.

We will continue to develop and protect the PIVX brand and its message by helping PIVX continue to progress with global brand awareness and product acceptance via designs for social media, prints, product designs, merchandise, videos, event marketing, sponsorships, newsletters, and more strengthening the market with a localized Strategy.

History
Chad and his work are now seen as thought leaders and brand experts around the globe, with crypto-investors and blockchain projects approaching us due to the success and impact of the brand marketing. We have over the past year and a half increased our capacity to facilitate for the continued growth following our successful rebrand in January, 2017. Our goal is to continue to develop and convey the PIVX brand to the market with a cohesive, creative, professional, and approachable message to ensure PIVX takes the next leap forward, and support the other emerging arms of forums, social, marketing, PR, video and paid promotion.

Value Drivers:
Rhubarb Media is a creative studio with 14 years of experience in local, regional and global companies and Chad, the Creative Director comes with over 25 years working in the creative communications market.
We gave birth to the PIVX name and brand and delivered the creative designs contributing to PIVX’s rapid growth along with a dedicated support team.
We also bring a strong strategic communications background in looking at new ways to market PIVX and improve our offerings as well as a strong dedication to maximizing our efforts and stretching the PIVX budget by equipping and empowering PIVians around the globe.
In addition, and perhaps harder to quantify, is the work that occurs “outside” the scope of brand development and creative. Although we spend a lot of time in production, because of our visibly, we are also a gateway to new investors. We are some of PIVX’s most vocal supporters and sales force bringing PIVX a ROI, not often attributed to our creative work.
PROPOSAL OVERVIEW AND CATEGORIZATION
The following is a breakout of the various levels of managing and supporting the Ambassador Program, the costs associated with each component, the people and team members involved
Communication:
We will continue to utilize and expand upon utilizing Teamwork, our online tool for keeping all individuals and teams accountable and on task. Reports will be available on the forum, time tracking, task tracking and completion, and total results.
Weekly audio call scrums (15 mins) with marketing leads (PR, social. Devs) and a monthly meeting with the development team as they can attend.

Total Budget for PIVX ambassador program, including project management
• 1500 PIVX/month
We’ve begun to develop the PIVX ambassador model and platform to empower local Pivians around the globe who exemplify PIVX and are doing outstanding work in their communities to help spread the word about PIVX, get local merchant adoption and more. 15 so far.

Supporting local/regional ambassadors (Like onezetty, jeffrey, Javeir, Brought, etc) is a huge priority and also high-value driver for global adoption. Ambassadors have helped over 80 brick and mortar as well as online merchants have begun to accept and use PIVX.
50% of Funds will be used as a compensation to help support ambassadors globally. Aiming for P50/mth as they run meet-ups, engage with Merchants, buy products, rent space, spend time, etc. Specific criteria and guidelines have been developed as well as some tips for merchants are in the works. How to run a Meetup and other key resources will be added to the Ambassador part of the site.
25% use to pay artists and content creators for localized marketing efforts
25% of Funds for social media competitions and giveaways/influencer competitions/giveaways for regional channels, including some PIVX wear.

Total Budget for management and content creation both in-house and working with local designers in other regions to support the regional efforts.

We will continue to provide timely creative for Ambassadors including:
Electronic Documents, PPT templates, etc. for Conferences and Trade Shows to support local Ambassadors
Illustrations, Social Media Designs – Designs for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., Merchant Graphics (PIVX Accepted here, stickers, info cards, etc.). Regional Video production support.
Creative Advertisement for print as needed for regional marketing as well main PIVX marketing as needed.
Merchant Adverts for signage, window wraps, etc.
Campaign Creation (Regional and Main - working with others on marketing team) - 4 to 6 per year
Sponsorships (PIVXsports, etc)
• 300 PIVX/month
We see sponsorships like this as a crucial part of our Ambassador branding and marketing efforts. A great company with a great product doesn’t just blow it’s horn all day long about its goods, it engages with and invests in the cultures and communities it’s marketing to. The bonus to sponsoring local sports teams and athletes is that it opens up new markets for PIVX adoption.
Video Production included in the Creative Content Support budget
For Sponsorship marketing - Chad will collect sponsorship videos and compile them for marketing purposes - compilation, editing, and marketing.

For equipping the athletes with the PIVX branded wear and other materials they need.
SPONSORSHIPS in the works
Surfing - Australia
FISH has been a solid PIVian producing videos and tutorials as well as wearing our brand as much as possible. Through videos and social graphics, we will help promote the sport. We are supporting 1 surfer this year named Tarnea O’mare this coming round. More videos and pics coming!
Soccer - Poland
The Polish soccer team has been sporting PIVX for almost a year. They are in the works of being champions. There is now a PIVXsports Instagram which is managed by our Poland Ambassador (Piter) We may create a bursary program for athletes to apply for some basic funds for clothing to wear during their events.
Field Hockey
Our Netherlands Ambassador, @gets has connected us with a local Field Hockey team and will be following them this year, getting them hooked up with wallets. We’ll be engaging the dutch market and region and start sharing pics and testimonies of the athletes. https://www.instagram.com/xeniosheren2/

PIVX Places was a self-funded project (Rhubarbian) and was built to be your PIVX Merchant Directory website. The intent of this site is to allow for easy identification and adoption of PIVX worldwide, from merchants to online retailers who accept PIVX and use PIVX. Chad will continue to donate time and no cost or PIV will be required to continue this site and finalize its development.
DEPENDENCIES:
The success of our creative work is reliant upon the delivery of it via social, forums, blogs, etc, and individual PIVians. We need to see a solid team ready to support the campaigns via writing content, posting and moderating the different forums and social channels. We also would love to continue to develop workflow communication between Developers and Marketing for vetting messaging and creative. To this, we are hoping to bring in more solid PIVians into the mix to help grow this entire endeavor, together.
Outcomes:
Our team would like to continue to produce all PIVX official content for social, banner graphics, web ads for other sites as well as product design, clothing, decals, and campaign creative for the Ambassadors. If needed, we would make our team available for any main PIVX creative needs as well as request around new exchanges or apps adding PIVX, providing professional on-brand designs for promotion. If approved there will be a steady stream of content, marketing materials, document templates and more for this global effort.
Success Metrics:
Success will primarily be measured by the continued rapid growth of the PIVX brand and market. It will be seen by the number of clicks, hits, and comments. When we see the community inspired and invested in PIVX, we will have succeeded our goals. More Ambassadors each month! The goal is 50 by 2019.
