Hello all again.
These last three months provided the community a fluid, reliable, trustworthy group of people who could help solve issues or help point others on where to find certain information. Without a dedicated support team, it is alot easier for gullible users to get their pivs stolen by others as claiming to be support.
In this time we have:
  • Created a Support Hub
  • A up to date FAQ system
  • An efficient and fast ticket system
  • An dedicated line of communication to devs for user support
  • A trusted face of PIVX problem solvers
  • Began making a standard in crypto in terms of support
Since opening our ticket system we have received 65 tickets which has allowed for a more direct, focused support line for PIVX users. We have fell into a system where some members watch for tickets and others take a greater face role on support channels.

Costs
When it comes to the proposal budget, I would like to keep the budget of 2660 PIVX total. With our current roster, it allows each of 8 support members to be paid 332.5(-100 for the first month) piv a month for 5 months, which could then trickle down to other support volunteers who can be tipped for their effort in the slack(share the love).
Conclusion
When it comes down to it we are doing a pretty good job on helping people who need it. I am a strong supporter of the ticket based support option, but with the combination of slack support we seem to be making many people happy. Thank you to all who volunteer out there on slack when it isn’t being watched.
