📢 I created this progress plan with my personal insights and ChatGPT’s assistance to make PIVCAST more effective. What do you think?

If the proposal is approved by the community, detailed KPI reports will be presented on the 16th of each month, i.e., on March 16, and an additional proposal request will be created.

It certainly is a very ambitious 30 days. I think in real life, doing all these things alone will take a bit more time.

How long will each episode be (average)?
Are the videos going to be real video recordings or just visuals added to audio only recordings?

Obviously audio only platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts won't really benefit from subtitles. I'm curious how big the Turkish audience is at least compared to English which seems to be the more dominant user language in the PIVX world.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. At first glance, it does seem like a busy schedule, but it’s actually not as overwhelming as it appears.

I aim to keep each episode between 30 to 45 minutes on average.
We will proceed with adding visuals to the audio recordings. However, in the future, once I get a camera, I plan to host PIVCASTs with guests via video recordings as well.

There won’t be any subtitles on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, but for other platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok), we have full control over adding subtitles and visually promoting the content.

What I’m trying to initiate is actually a well-established format in many other projects. My goal is to lay the groundwork for it in Turkey first. Later on, the PIVX Marketing Team, developers, community members, and MN holders could participate in English-language video & audio PIVCASTs on specific topics or send us an audio recording on a particular subject.

Even though PIVCAST is starting in Turkey, expanding it globally will require just a few things:

✅ A microphone (even a phone microphone will do)
✅ Adding subtitles
✅ Sharing on social media

Of course, my dream might be to create a series like this, but unfortunately, my resources are limited. That's why I feel ready to start with a digital PIVCAST.

Although I haven’t received any feedback yet, I have strong faith in this idea. I created a short promotional video using my own skills, and it is open to revision. I have shared the video as unlisted, meaning only those with the link can view it.

With Rask AI, we can automatically translate videos into English and add subtitles. It is truly a highly professional AI tool.

I am preparing for the proposal and will be waiting for feedback during this process. If the outcome is positive, we can completely eliminate language barriers with Rask AI, making global expansion seamless. Additionally, I know that my team will support me during this intense work period.

Therefore, I look forward to your support in bringing a new vision to this project.

I think a podcast is an amazing idea, I had quite a lot of fun doing it with @palmtree some time ago. Although I do enjoy taking part in podcasts i don't particularly find myself listening to them. I also wonder how big the Turkish community is regarding this, do you have a plan on how to grow it?

First of all, thank you for your response. While podcasts can be fun, they can sometimes be boring for people to listen to. However, if we can create a community and offer incentives for participation, we can build a platform that is both fun and educational. PIVCAST will focus on privacy, and its potential for global growth will be driven by PIVX.

PIVCAST Growth Strategy

PIVCAST’s growth strategy is focused not only on Turkey but also on expanding globally. Our goal is to increase interest in critical topics like privacy and financial freedom, reaching a wider audience.

Growth Plan

🌍 Global Reach and Multilingual Content

PIVCAST will not be limited to Turkish content. Our primary focus will be English. We plan to use AI-powered translation and voiceover technologies to release episodes in different languages. (For example, Turkish content will be translated into English and other languages, with AI voiceover to enhance accessibility.)This will allow us to distribute English-recorded PIVCAST episodes to Turkish and other local communities, ensuring they can access the content in their own languages.

📱 Social Media Strategy

We will share regular content across platforms like Twitter (X), Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to grow our audience. To increase engagement, we’ll organize polls, Q&A sessions, and live streams. In later stages, I plan to collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach a broader audience.

🤝 Community-Driven Growth and Events

I will create a space for active community interaction on platforms like Telegram, allowing users to share ideas and engage with the content. We will encourage community members to participate in content creation through participatory programs, allowing them to contribute directly.

Why You'll Want to Listen to or Watch PIVCAST

Following the initial phase, my plan is to establish a core audience, which will help promote more active marketing efforts with this community. In the next phases, I’ll implement some strategic marketing campaigns to grab attention and grow our audience.

PIVCAST - Quick Quiz Series

The PIVCAST Quick Quiz Series is a live trivia game show that offers both entertaining and educational experiences. The quiz will feature a host and two volunteer participants, with each episode designed to bring enjoyment to the viewers.

Quiz Format:

  • Participants: Each episode features 2 volunteer contestants.
  • Host: The program is managed by a host who asks questions and directs the flow of the show.
  • Questions: The quiz consists of 10 questions from various topics, testing the participants’ general knowledge and reflexes.
  • Answer Time: Contestants will have a set time to answer each question as quickly and accurately as possible.
  • Scoring: Correct answers will earn points, and the participant with the highest score at the end of the quiz wins.
Prize System:PIVCAST is not only about fun but also about rewarding participants. At the end of each quiz, the winning contestant will receive 50 PIV as a prize. This reward system will increase interest in the quiz and motivate participants to focus on knowledge and speed.

The Vision

The ultimate goal is to build an evolving organization. While the initial stages may be challenging, with the help of my team, we’ll work together to reach positive KPIs and contribute to the platform's growth.

PIVCAST isn’t just a podcast; it’s a platform focused on knowledge sharing and community building. Your experience and feedback are invaluable to us!

Please don't see this as a project limited to Turkey. Once we gain traction, the marketing team will be able to contribute to content creation and help accelerate growth globally.

I love the idea, and I also share the thought that your plan is too ambitious. Fun should be the first goal, not stress. Podcasts seem to be very popular, I'm sure they are in Turkey. too.

@palmtree , @SiggeB @Jeffrey
Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, I have shaped the vision I will create, and I truly believe it will make a positive impact. I expect you to trust me.

PIVCAST will be a value!

Hello @BatuhanYldrm, thanks for taking the initiative to do this. Is this similar to what the PIVX roundtable is already doing but more tailored to the Turkish audience?

My only issue with the idea is trying to incentivize participation. The implication is that people will move elsewhere once the incentive stops.

Hello, and thanks for your response!

PIVCAST is quite different from the Privacy Roundtable. While the Roundtable focuses on discussions, PIVCAST is designed as an interactive content platform with short, engaging episodes and competitive quiz formats. The goal is to make privacy-related topics more fun and accessible, ensuring higher engagement, especially on social media.

Regarding incentives: While rewards help attract initial attention, the long-term vision is to build an active and engaged community that stays for the content, discussions, and the competitive aspect of the quiz series—not just for the prizes. The incentive model is only a launch strategy to gain traction quickly. Once the audience is established, we’ll focus on community-driven participation, exclusive content, and organic engagement strategies to keep people involved.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on how we can further strengthen this approach!

A reward pool of 200 PIVX per month for four competitions seems fair. At least until we establish a solid audience, this can be tolerated, and over time, it can evolve into a community culture.

As I mentioned in my proposal, although the initial phase will take place in Turkey, PIVCAST will not be limited to Turkey. Any PIVX supporter from any country can collaborate with us and create a PIVCAST series in their own language following specific formats. We will globalize by adding subtitles and voiceovers.
