Hello.

I am submitting a proposal to add a small fund to the Ambassador program to support Merch and Shipping.
I have divided it out into 2 blocks to help with the Funding structure.

It is important to be able to support and rally the team moving forward and our team (Shout out to @Hawtch & @OxBVD) has done a wonderful job securing designs and a great supplier for lost cost with good quality.

We need a designer on the Ambassador team that understands the Branding and initiatives and can continue to roll-out quality designs as the program begins to collect speed.
If needed I would prefer to see the Merch spend budget spread out across multiple cycles to reduce pressure on the Budget while ideally maintaining our team.
Please consider this when voting, if I see no-votes coming in for the Merch proposal, I will assume that it is from the initiative and will adjust accordingly on the next proposal. Please add comments or tag me in discussions to let me know what you are thinking or if you have any questions or comments.

Centralised control by a few people keeps getting mentioned by multiple people now, not just me for a change! By saying "We have decided to discard this proposal so we can pass all other proposals." your confirming this.

That's a fair thought. My wording is important and I see how that comes across that way. You're right, Masternode holders vote on what they want and that's completely fair. I stand by this and wouldn't mean to make it otherwise.

We are just trying to get me still working and paid during November, since there was an error/mixup with the core wallet (I closed it before 6 confirms went through when submitting my proposal on Oct.10th). Now there is no budget left for me to get paid - our thoughts were we could cut off the proposal not affecting the proposals of the actual people of PIVX getting paid, and try to make the best with what we already have in the Merch shipping fund. After we did the math to try to help me squeeze my proposal in, this was the only route we saw as reasonable. It was too late to put out a poll asking Masternode holders, so we thought this was the right thing to try to do. Apologies on the wording, though, you are right - it's too strong and definitive.

Closed group means @RedByrd and I - which we can obviously chat back and forth 1on 1. I can see, however, that it comes across as if it's a group of 3+ people trying to control things - the language is easily misunderstood. Apologies for coming across that way - that's not how it is, aside from group message collaboration on getting work accomplished (not directed).

I would say, I really appreciate this feedback - not because it's a misunderstanding or bad look on me but because we need more Masternode holders giving feedback and being vocal about proposals + directions. As always, I appreciate you doing that @Gerrald .

I believe this is about trying to keep a bunch of things moving forward at the same time with PIVX in mind. Unfortunately there is not enough budget this round, so I think we are all trying to think outside the box without sacrificing too much. Although I believe the Merch is important and has merit, I also see the incredible value in our designers, our coders, our leaders support team etc... and want to make sure people are paid. I think the Merch is a concession we can make and spread out if needed.
