HI Everyone!

This is a simple proposal that will act as an extension to https://forum.pivx.org/threads/pivxmmfund05.2955/ to assist with the recent major downtrend in pricing amongst all cryptocurrency markets. This funding will be sent to our market makers for a liquidity campaign and to assist with the liquidity requirements on Binance + MEXC.

We will also be running a campaign on Hummingbot with them which will amount to around $200/week for 4 weeks or around 10k PIVX
