Hello PIVIANS, your support has been the catalyst for our journey. I want to thank everyone who has believed and supported this initiative.

coincoursePro and by extension PIVX Campus Crew is growing. Our mission still remains bridging the gap between Web3 and everyday users. We are actively supporting PIVX's mission to build circular economies that are powered by PIV. Some of our current milestones include:

• Campus Crew: Our "PIVX Campus Crew" in Nigeria has blossomed from a pilot program into a community of 80+ advocates (about 30% of this number are active). This is perhaps the biggest achievement of the initiative so far. In my opinion, this isn’t just growth. It is a verified blueprint for localized, grassroots adoption. We held a more organized physical meetup last month, in addition to regular virtual meetings. Details can be found in the previous proposal here.
• Working Platform: The learn and earn platform is fully functional. There are still a few tweaks and upgrades that get done behind the scene but everything works. Working with Red and Hawtch, I created the content for learning modules to quickly onboard new advocates.
• Established team: We've had to reduce the number of dedicated part-time staff from four down to three. However, everyone is effectively pulling their weight.

Funding Request​

We are requesting 10,000 PIV over the next three cycles to continue our work. The funds will be used to support current members of the team, sponsor physical meetups and outreaches (including mechs), and incentivize user adoptiion. There's actually more in the pipeline which will unfold with time.

I want to thank everyone, particularly the masternode operators, for supporting this proposal. We are just getting started.

Executive Summary

The past three months have been a pivotal period of transition for coincoursePro. While we continue to champion Web3 and privacy education, our focus has shifted from broad-based acquisition to sustainable, community-led engagement. We have learned that genuine adoption is not found in rewarding the "basics," but in building environments where users naturally integrate crypto into their daily social lives.

Campus Outreach & Educational Impact

In January, we successfully hosted a PIVX Campus Meetup in Port Harcourt. The event moved beyond theoretical concepts, providing students with a deep dive into the mechanics of Web3, the necessity of financial privacy, and the unique role PIVX plays in a decentralized future. The objective was to demystify blockchain, and PIVX and one of the key outcomes was a strengthened local brand presence.

Reframing Our Learning Model

We have made the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily disable the 'Learn and Earn' feature on our platform. We identified persistent efforts to exploit the reward system via VPN-facilitated multi-accounting. To curb this, registrations are tied to unique device signatures and verified email addresses. Attempts to trick the system will result in immediate flagging and removal.

This experience solidified our conviction that incentivizing the mere basics is an unsustainable growth model. We are moving toward a value-driven approach where rewards prioritize long-term contribution and genuine ecosystem participation rather than simple task completion.

Digital Stats

The "Gaming for Growth" Breakthrough

The most significant development this quarter, and perhaps for the future of our onboarding strategy, is the rapid scaling of our gaming community. We have grown from a modest cohort of 10 weekly players to an average of 100 players every week. Our player base consists of young, tech-savvy individuals, many of whom are already familiar with cryptocurrency.

We don’t force-feed crypto; we create an immersive social environment and subtly infuse PIVX/crypto discussions into the gaming experience. This allows us to gauge real-world perception, address misconceptions in real-time, and onboard new users in a low-pressure, high-fun environment.

My personal vision is to see PIVX become the Redbull of crypto.

Looking Ahead

The shift from a "Learn and Earn" model to a "Play and Engage" model is proving to be our most effective acquisition engine. By meeting users where they are, in the heat of a strategy game, we are turning casual players into crypto enthusiasts. We look forward to scaling this model throughout the next quarter and beyond.
