Hello.

Quick update:

14 active paid members of the Ambassador Program. We are aiming to increase this by introducing 10 new Advocates to the program and advance them through our Sprint as well our new Educational modules and Design Live's.
We are currently reviewing a new group of Advocates from our new Referral structure (asking current PIVians to refer any new potential Advocates to the program). This achieved 2 goals. One, leveraging the network within the community to ideally find some 'gems' that may have been sitting on the sidelines but are ready to step things up. Two, it drastically decreased the number of applicants to the program decreasing the pressure on the current Ambassadors and Lead Ambassadors.
We understand the strain on the current budget and are aiming to be respectful of all proposals being submitted.

A few highlights:
• Our Friday contests are still active and bonuses are being sent out for a variety of wins. However, we are discussing a structural change of this for the New Year that will incorporate bonuses for outreach outside of 'X'.
• Learn & Earn - @smartClem @Hawtch and I are working on 5 new modules to add to the Learn & Earn program that can be leveraged by new Advocates as well as utilized for live online Educational sessions. Content has been created, design is in production.
• Discord Badges have been rolled out for the Ambassador program highlighting the role of each team member. Thanks @Hawtch ! Looking good.
• Starter 5 Sprint - @OxBVD handled the roll-out of this and the initial launch of the Sprint has been completed and winnings sent.
• Brochure for Outreach in Development - This has been translated into Spanish (Thanks @ONeZetty) and @Elena plans to use this for her first Coffee House meet and great. Can't wait to hear how it goes!
• We have integrated an anonymous voting structure to help guide program decisions within the Ambassador team. This allows for us to discuss and review topics privately and without bias. We have held roughly 4 polls that are driving the pay structure revisions, nominations for Role changes (eg: Lead Ambassadors) as well as Performance Review protocols.
• Social Mentor - @ONeZetty has increased his role within the program as Lead Ambassador and will be monitoring Social activity, authenticity, spams etc... We are so excited to have him in this role! (Thanks Zetty!)
• OxBVD has also been voted into a Lead Ambassador Role focussing on Business Development and Grass Root implementation of PIVX integration. Congratulations Ox!

Funding
I have decreased the funding request this month by 5,000 PIV in respect to the tightness of the current budget. The goal of the program is to have a buffer of roughly 1.5 months of funding for the program. This allows for the onboarding of New Members without delay and also allows for funding of new opportunities within the program. (eg: Merch, Coffee House, Premium accounts, Ad budget etc...). We have met this goal with the current team size with the slow building over the last few months (Thank you PIVX). Please note, this may need to change in the future as the team expands, but we respect the needs of the various divisions and members within PIVX.
Funding has been paid out and balance is reported as an attachment to this proposal. I have condensed the Report, however if you would like to see a full record of transactions this is available upon request. I have included the snapshot from the time of our last snapshot in our previous proposal.
The Ambassador Fund Wallet continues to have shared access from 3 of us for full transparency.
How the Funding will be used: (same goals as last month)
  1. Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts. The team has been sent PIV to reward and recognize Advocates that are standing out and making a huge impact.
  2. Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program.
  3. Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
  4. Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
  5. Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too. (Completed)
  6. The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.
New / Current Members for the Program
We currently have 14 Paid members within the program. We are looking to expand to more Advocates (ideally 10) and are encouraging shifts to different levels within the program.
We are encouraging nominations for these shifts.

Current tally:
Marketing: 4 (Funded independently)
Mentors: 3 (Non funded through program)
Lead Ambassadors: 2
Ambassadors: 4
Advocates: 8

Automation (In the works):
We are working to automate as much as we can within the program to help decrease the amount of time commitment to manage and make the system as smooth as possible for those working within the program. The goal is to offer tools and resources to support the amazing team and spread the PIVX word.

With this in mind, we are working on advancing our automated reporting system for the Social accounts which will allow us to achieve 2 things:
1. Simplify the reporting structure for anyone on the Ambassador team ideally allowing them more time to do what they love and
2. Allow us to compile Thousands of metrics quickly and allow for a snapshot at any point in time.
Until we manage this, please be patient as we report out in the best way we can to show Total Team effort.

Open to suggestions for Automation welcome.

What We’re Aiming for This Month
As we build the team, the resources and tools to support our members we will be focusing on a few things in particular this month:
• Supporting and encouraging our second wave of Advocates. Refining the payment / reward structure for Advocates.
• Advocate Sprint initiated once new Advocates are invited to the program.
• Ambassador Program TownHall.
• Nominations for Advocates to move into Ambassador roles.
• Branding integration and Question and Answer Online TownHall - Live
• Build reporting form for all levels of the Program - FYI this is a huge task. Ideally all 4 levels are completed this month, but be patient with us! (Still working on this.)
• Expanding automation to other social platforms - Advocates and Ambassadors are doing this fluidly.
• 4 New Educations modules developed.
• Mini Educational plan initiated.
• Work with our Marketing team to implements a quarterly roll-out approach that can drive Advocates and Ambassadors with posts and messaging. (Welcome Wams!)

Thank you for all of the contributions to-date and please reach out with any questions, comments or feedback.

Exceptional well written proposal and report. Thank You!

Questions:

1. I noted this: "Bahasa Indonesia brand guide translation completed (started Vietnamese but needs verification)."

I was unaware there was any demand for this. Cool. Can you tell us more?

2. Re: "I'm planning a Crypto Café in my city. This will help foster community participation and promote PIVX."

I think this is awesome, and I don't care how 'humble' it may end up being. It is a solid start to a new way to grow our community. Has it happened yet? What is the feedback? Can we build a 'Best Practices' style template to help others do the same? Ideally with a feedback loop so we can improve it each time.

3. Do we continue efforts with Turkey?

I am not sure what the issue is, but we are having very little progress with Turkey. I feel there is something in their culture that doesn't resonate well with the Meritocracy in PIVX. We've been putting effort in with zero (and arguably NEGATIVE) results.

4. REALLY happy to see 2 of our Ambassadors 'certified' on Binance Square.

Can we build in some sort of bonus/reward for Ambassador Program Members, who reach this level, to 'Celebrate the win!'?

That's it from me for now.

Thanks to all!

Crypto Cafe # 1!
So proud of Elena! Well done.

Hello Eric,

The work in Türkiye is actively continuing. Could you please explain in more detail what you mean by meritocracy? Because it seems we may be thinking about different things.

I continue to produce content to help grow the Turkish community. If you are referring to what happened in the Telegram group, that was an incident caused by a Turkish user and something that you discussed among yourselves for days.

We come from different cultures, and if meritocracy is truly this important in your culture, then the issues that arise while managing the program should be approached with the same level of fairness.

You said the results are zero—on what basis are you making that statement?

re # 1.
OxBVD is fluent in multiple languages and has handled translation into several languages in preparation for Design. At this point, it has not been integrated into a Physical Design at this point.

re#2.
Agreed, it is amazing and Elena knocked it out of the park. We have discussed hosting another and also the concept of hosting a live to help educate Advocates to do it themselves. GrassRoots x 15. :)

re# 3.
I don't see a lot of traction in Turkey and unfortunately our experience has not been the best. However, I am still hopeful and I know @talhatr is trying hard to gain traction and offering support within the program.

re# 4.
I think this is a great idea. :) On it.

Please reach out with any further questions or comments.

The work in Türkiye is actively continuing. Could you please explain in more detail what you mean by meritocracy? Because it seems we may be thinking about different things.
Meritocracy means 'Merit based'. In other words; 'Results Driven'. My very limited experience with the Turkish culture, is that responsibilities and reputation are expected to be given to a person based on assertiveness. That's not how PIVX works. At PIVX, regardless if a person is assertive or timid, the one who can deliver results, is the one who excels.

Frankly, the fact that you had to ask the question, proves my point. Just saying!

Eric,

I want to address one point clearly. Framing a country or a culture based on “very limited experience” is not a sound foundation for evaluating individuals or their work. Meritocracy, by definition, evaluates outputs and contributions, not cultural assumptions.

In Türkiye — as in any other country — results are produced through discipline, consistency, and accountability, not merely assertiveness. Reducing the issue to a cultural trait risks shifting the discussion away from measurable performance and toward subjective interpretation.

Additionally, asking for clarification does not validate your claim; it challenges it. In a results-driven system, questions about evaluation criteria and measurement are not weaknesses, but necessities for fairness and transparency.

If PIVX truly stands for a merit-based structure, then discussions should focus on what has been delivered, how it is measured, and what is expected next, rather than on generalized cultural conclusions.

Well, when did we start efforts with Turkey?
What has been delivered in that time?
AFAIK, we don't have anyone in our Community from Turkey except yourself.
If we're not getting traction, perhaps efforts should be focused elsewhere.

AFAIK, we don't have anyone in our Community from Turkey except yourself.
If we're not getting traction, perhaps efforts should be focused elsewhere.
When did we start efforts with Türkiye?
Approximately two years ago. During this time, we have also experienced very successful periods.

What has been delivered / achieved during this process?

I organized what became PIVX’s largest local activity in recent times (an environmental improvement event).

I represented PIVX at Türkiye’s largest crypto conference (photos and videos are available on the forum).

I facilitated contact with the BingX exchange and arranged direct discussions with Jeffrey.

I actively worked toward getting PIVX listed on the CoinTR exchange; within this process, Jeffrey engaged with their team.

I translated the PIVX Whitepaper into Turkish.

I continuously supported the Turkish community. Until about two to three months ago, we had an active local community; however, the group was disbanded due to internal disputes.

In total, I have created close to 2,200 posts.

I know you are not asking this question as an MNO, as you are volunteering as a mentor within the ambassador program.

To be honest, having voting power does not automatically make everything you say correct. Don’t fool yourself.

If the fact that I am currently the only Turkish member in the community is being framed as negative progress, then I want to ask this clearly:
As far as I know, both our marketing team and you live in Canada. How many active Canadian members are there in the community? I checked Discord briefly and did not see any recently active Canadian users.

“If we’re not getting traction, perhaps efforts should be focused elsewhere.”
Can you say this just as comfortably about the country you live in?

Eric, I am not interested in you being an MNO. To be honest, some people may be intimidated by your voting power, but that does not concern me at all. I am trying to do my job, while you continue to complain. You ignore many things happening right in front of you and repeatedly try to frame things negatively toward me. Do I care? No.

If you cannot remain fair, please limit your involvement to casting your vote and refrain from interfering in other matters.

I opened a topic on the forum more than a year ago for the launch of the Ambassador Program. Fairness must be a core principle in the management of such a program. However, during the situation I experienced with Redbyrd, I observed that instead of remaining neutral, you chose to place the blame on me.

Please do not put yourself in a difficult position. If you genuinely want to contribute to PIVX, supporting people behind the scenes is also a meaningful contribution. If you choose to participate actively, this should be done within the framework of fairness.

Let’s not turn this place into a drama space. There have been many instances of drama here in the past, and this creates a negative impression for new users.

If you would like to engage in active initiatives in Canada—your country, or at least where I assume you are based—I would be happy to share a few ideas with you.

Note: I understand that you are coordinating the Ambassador Program together with Redbyrd. I have stated this before and am reiterating it on the forum:
If you are not satisfied with my performance, we can resolve this through a community vote.
