Hello PIVX Community!

To begin, I would like to say thank you for the support for the Ambassador program thus far. I believe the program has massive potential and can unify our outreach efforts to maximize impact and I love being a part of the building process.

As always, this is an evolving program, so we are make revisions as we move along to hone it into a program that supports both the Ambassadors as well as PIVX as a whole. Any constructive feedback is always welcome.
A few updates for you:


Funding

Ambassador Fund:
I can confirm that we have a dedicated wallet set up for the Ambassador program. The seed phrase and password have been securely shared with two trusted PIVians to ensure full transparency. I’ll take a screenshot of the wallet balance and include it in the upcoming proposal for your reference.
Last cycle, we submitted a request for a small fund to help motivate, reward, and support ambassadors during the initial phases. So far, no resources from that fund have been disbursed, and the full amount from the previous cycle is still in the wallet.
Moving forward, we will continue to track and record all transactions to ensure complete transparency and accountability.

I currently have a separate proposal for RedByrd as I am currently aiming for a 70/30 split on Ambassador and Marketing efforts. I have 2 cycles left, following this it may make more sense to integrate into the Ambassador proposal to unify and align with other Ambassadors. Open to feedback on this.

How the Funding will be used:
  1. Incentivizing Current Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts.
  2. Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program.
  3. Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
  4. Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
  5. Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too.


Call to Current Ambassadors:

We genuinely hope that all of our current Ambassadors will embrace this opportunity and consider joining the upcoming Ambassador program. The funding for this cycle will be influenced by how many talented individuals come onboard and any future needs for the program.
Right now, this is being submitted as a pre-proposal, and I plan to activate it within the next few days. Our intention is to make the proposal process as simple and straightforward as possible so that Ambassadors can focus their time, energy, and resources on what they do best—advancing the PIVX community and mission.
We’re also aligning this process with the approach used by the PIVX Labs team, with the goal of creating a more streamlined experience that supports our shared goals and outreach efforts.

What We've Been Up To Over the Last Month

Discord:
We've established multiple threads within Discord dedicated to discussing ongoing developments for the program. I encourage everyone to join, stay updated, and actively engage in these discussions — your input is invaluable. Thank you @ONeZetty for your help setting this up.

Branding:
We’ve finalized the logo for the Ambassador program—thank you all for your thoughtful feedback! @Hawtch is currently working on the full Brand Guide and has plans to create individual country logos as more Ambassadors come onboard. I have attached a glimpse of the brand guide.

Overall Progress:
We’ve made significant progress in defining the structure of the program, including brainstorming roles, tasks, and recruitment strategies.
Currently we are flushing out ideas and suggestions for Roles, Tasks and Specialities for all 4 level of Ambassadors (Advocate - Ambassador - Lead Ambassador - Mentor).
Our current document outlines the core ‘Why,’ Concepts and Goals, a list of ideal Ambassadors, expectations, and more. Please note, this is a living document and will continue to evolve:

This has been shared with the community via the Discord Ambassador channel. It will also be available on our website and Discord for full transparency:

We’ve drafted an initial outline for the application and onboarding process, including nomination requirements and a digital application template.

Initial steps for a recruitment campaign are in development to bring new Ambassadors into the fold. More updates to come soon.



What We’re Aiming for This Month

Our focus remains on refining these initiatives, including collaborating with @Meerkat and @Hawtch to get the website page into development.
I’d love to see our current Ambassadors and Advocates become more involved—your insights and enthusiasm are essential in shaping the future of this program.
Ultimately, I hope this month provides strong support for our existing Ambassadors while inspiring others to join. Our goal is to be well-positioned next cycle to pilot the program fully and welcome new Advocates eager to contribute.
