Hello PIVX Community!

It has been an exciting month!

We currently have 15 active paid members of the Ambassador Program. Our new Advocates have landed and are doing an amazing job!
I am requesting 50,000 PIV this month to increase the number of Ambassadors within the program when possible. We are also discussing a pay structure shift within the program that may unify the pay across the board for various levels within the program.
We are aiming to scale and taking the steps to allow this to happen. The current goal is to increase the budget each month until we sit at roughly 15% of the Overall PIVX Budget. Looking at the numbers, we feel that this is attainable within PIVX. However, as always open to discussion and feedback.
We have several Advocates that are really knocking it out the park and I suspect they will advance into Ambassador positions quickly where they can take on more mentorship roles.

A few highlights:
• The Ambassador website page is live! Thankyou @Meerkat for the beautiful work.
• Code of Conduct has been added to the Website.
• Social Media Best practice guide - completed and two live Branding Sessions have been hosted. Thanks @Hawtch ! One more planned for this month.
• Our Friday contests are still active and bonuses are being sent out for a variety of wins.
• Merch has been sent to our Core team members.
• Learn & Earn - @smartClem @Hawtch and I are working on 5 new modules to add to the Learn & Earn program that can be leveraged by new Advocates as well as utilized for live online Educational sessions.
• Discord Badges have been rolled out for the Ambassador program highlighting the role of each team member. Thanks @Hawtch ! Looking good.
• Starter 5 Sprint - @OxBVD handled the roll-out of this and the initial launch of the Sprint has been completed and winnings sent.
• Brochure for Outreach in Development. Thanks @Alani & @Hawtch


Funding
Funding has been paid out and balance is reported as an attachment to this proposal. I have condensed the Report, however if you would like to see a full record of transactions this is available upon request. I have included the snapshot from the time of our last snapshot in our previous proposal.
The Ambassador Fund Wallet continues to have shared access from 3 of us for full transparency.

How the Funding will be used: (same goals as last month)
  1. Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts. The team has been sent PIV to reward and recognize Advocates that are standing out and making a huge impact.
  2. Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program.
  3. Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
  4. Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
  5. Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too.   6. The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.
New / Current Members for the Program
We currently have 15 Paid members within the program. We are looking to expand to more Advocates and are encouraging shifts to different levels within the program. We have initiated an anonymous voting structure that allows for a fair voting structure.
We are encouraging nominations for these shifts.

• AMA attendance - we are encouraging members to attend AMA's and Round Table events and I'm proud to say that we have had great attendance. This has had overwhelming presence from our Ambassador team. Thankyou to all who are taking the time to support initiatives within the PIVX community. It is being noted by our Partners and Outer Circle.
• TownHall - We hosted our second Ambassador TownHall as well as our first Advocate TownHall. Our goal is to continue this 1/month. We are looking at automated language translations for those who specialize in languages other than English.
• Modification of Social Media guide.
• We have integrated a new Channel system within Discord to help organize the structure and discussion within the Ambassador program. - Completed.

Snapshot of a few (far from all, but just to give you a taste) performance metrics gathered from the team. Congratulations team and keep it up!!!
I have published content and promoted posts on X, Instagram, and BlueSky. I have created 4 Reel-style videos on Instagram across all accounts. The increase in organic followers, reach, engagement, number of posts, interactions, and responses has been remarkable. All key indicators show sustained and positive growth, consolidating our digital presence.
Since onboarding, I have published over 80 posts of which includes 14 threads with a minimum of 5 posts per thread and 8 original posts. I have been active in the community and committed to engaging with the PIVX official account on X and all PIVX related posts I come across. My best highlight being running a 10 day educational series about PIVX.
To improve engagement metrics, I plan to launch a new Turkish Telegram group aimed at building a healthier and more active community.
A high posting frequency was maintained on Reddit and HIVE, resulting in a total of 85 posts between both platforms. This activity ensures a consistent presence and the dissemination ofvital information to diverse audiences. Furthermore, the creation and successful implementation of the new Telegram news channel represents a significant milestone, providing a direct and efficient channel for communicating official announcements and relevant updates to the community. The just-concluded cycle was marked with pivotal successes both as a writer and an Ambassador for PIVX. On one hand, Medium views and readership hit an all-time high, and on the other, we recorded significant progress in localized outreach.The best-performing articles were the weekly recaps and other content that encouraged privacy-centric discussions. Crucially, the Campus Crew initiative has successfully activated local volunteers and is building a direct presence among a key demographic.


Automation (In the works):
We are working to automate as much as we can within the program to help decrease the amount of time commitment to manage and make the system as smooth as possible for those working within the program. The goal is to offer tools and resources to support the amazing team and spread the PIVX word.

With this in mind, we are working on advancing our automated reporting system for the Social accounts which will allow us to achieve 2 things:
1. Simplify the reporting structure for anyone on the Ambassador team ideally allowing them more time to do what they love and
2. Allow us to compile Thousands of metrics quickly and allow for a snapshot at any point in time.
Until we manage this, please be patient as we report out in the best way we can to show Total Team effort.

We are also working towards an automation for our Application and Onboarding process to help lessen the load on the team to highlight and identify the most ideal Advocate recruits.

What We’re Aiming for This Month

As we build the team, the resources and tools to support our members we will be focusing on a few things in particular this month:
• Supporting and encouraging our first wave of Advocates. Refining the payment / reward structure for Advocates.
• Revising the application form for new Advocates into a 2 stage process
• Ambassador TownHall as well as Advocate TownHall
• Branding integration and Question and Answer Online TownHall
• Build reporting form for all levels of the Program - FYI this is a huge task. Ideally all 4 levels are completed this month, but be patient with us!
• Expanding automation to other social platforms - Advocates and Ambassadors are doing this fluidly.
• Implement a plan for second wave recruiting.
