Hello!
Please note, last SuperBlock we decreased our proposal for the Ambassador program due to stress on the overall budget considerations and coin value. We are maintaining this lower budget proposal this month.
At present, the Ambassador Program wallet holds 103,193 PIV. Our current estimated monthly expenses are approximately 36,500 - 40,000 PIV (Bare minimum).
Please note: this estimate does not include any scaling, additional team members, or funding for larger initiatives or pilot programs.
Please note, adjusting our proposal budget is not a long term solution. Ideally the coins value increases soon and some of this pressure would be relieved. But for now, we are trying to do our part to help.

• Crypto Coffee House: Xio has hosted Crypto Coffee Houses (mentored by @ONeZetty & @elena), which was a great success and trial run. We are encouraging more cafe's and sharing knowledge with the Advocates to self engage.
• Voting Structure: We have integrated an anonymous voting structure to help guide program decisions within the Ambassador team. This allows for us to discuss and review topics privately and without bias. This is an ongoing practice that seems to be effective.
• AMA's and Round Tables: Encouraging participation and attendance at any and all events possible.
• Town Hall's: Both for the General Staff as well as within the Ambassador program. Aim is 2 / month or as needed.

Snapshot of a few (far from all, but just to give you a taste) performance metrics gathered from the team. Congratulations team and keep it up!!!
What We’re Aiming for This Month
As we build the team, the resources and tools to support our members we will be focusing on a few things in particular this month:
• New Approval process for all new Creative posts created within the Ambassador Program.
• New Mentorship assignments.
• Outreach alignment and funding.
• Ambassador Program TownHall. 2 x month min
• General Staff Town Hall. 1x month min.
• Budget analysis for 2026 and trajectories - In progress based on coins value. Currently up-to-date if anyone would like to review.
• Build reporting form for all levels of the Program - FYI this is a huge task. Ideally all 4 levels are completed this month, but be patient with us! (Still working on this.)
• Work with our Marketing team to implements a quarterly roll-out approach that can drive Advocates and Ambassadors with posts and messaging.

- Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts. The team has been sent PIV to reward and recognize Advocates that are standing out and making a huge impact.
- Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program. - ON PAUSE
- Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
- Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
- Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too. - The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.

| Content was published and posts promoted on X, Instagram, and BlueSky. I created three Reel-style videos on Instagram across all my accounts. These videos were also published on X. Additionally, I engaged with several accounts and key PIVX partners. This month, we achieved remarkable reach, engagement, number of posts, and responses. All key indicators show sustained and positive growth, solidifying our digital presence. My goals for March are to continue promoting and spreading information about PIVX through social media. This month I will mentor Aaleey and plan a contest, though the date is yet to be determined. |
| Using AI agents to create a workforce that combs through github repositories for projects that matches PIVX in terms of zk-SNARKs, Proof of Stake and privacy technology BUT they are open-source and in need of contributions. The agents are tasked with deep searching for these projects and getting the contact details/socials of the developers and projects. They will also generate an overview/summary of the project and how PIVX can offer solutions. The sub agents can also draft a proposal letter to these projects highlighting how a collab with PIVX can be mutually beneficial to both parties. |
PIVX Voices Initiative (with Leacymck)The PIVX community is composed of many talented individuals who possess diverse skills, knowledge, and experiences. The PIVX Voices Initiative was concepted as a way to highlight these voices and provide community members with an opportunity to share their perspectives on PIVX, privacy, and decentralized technology.This initiative focuses on written articles created by community members. Contributors are encouraged to produce thoughtful pieces discussing their experiences with PIVX, their understanding of privacy technology, or their views on the importance of optional privacy within cryptocurrency systems. These articles will help showcase the depth of knowledge and enthusiasm present within the community. Participation in the initiative is open to all interested members who are willing to develop well‑structured and insightful article. By encouraging community-driven storytelling and education, the PIVX Voices Initiative aims to strengthen community identity while also providing valuable educational material for both current and potential users. |

I have been active in the community and committed to engaging with the PIVX official account on X and all PIVX related posts I come across. My highlight this month being starting a series expanding PIVX partnerships and the benefits of each partnership. I also engaged with high reaching KOLs and influencers, commenting and quoting.
