This is a brief proposal where I Jeffrey will act as an intermediary between Blofin and the PIVX Dao to request funds for a spot listing on their exchange. Soon after payment PIVX will be listed with a USDT pair. Once more traction for our pair has been made on the exchange we can progress to perpetuals. Blofin has become quite the popular exchange for perps and requires no KYC.

Pricing:
The listing itself is free however there is a marketing requirement which includes the above. The total cost for this is $5000 payable in PIVX directly to Blofin.
I will submit for an additional 10% of this to cover potential drops in price. Excess budget will be moved over to market making expenditure.
