Hi PIVX community, Hawtch here!
It has been a great 3 months - we've seen some solid growth in our promotion and content. This will be a single month quote due to market volatility. The markets are taking a beating, but we don't have to - we're planning a campaign wrapped around this
'To The Moon' Video ad, along with branded static ads. Please keep in mind it's extremely difficult to sell crypto normally, but especially now in this market. We will be continuing to refine our efforts and reporting those efforts to you all.
Speaking of market, I am adding some PIV to my monthly quote to balance out the volatile declining markets - this balances out with my deduction of 7,000 PIV from my quote this month. I had some personal issues over the last 3 months that added up to 1-2 weeks of total missed work and I think it's fair to keep myself accountable and transparent with you all.

Trying really hard to avoid political leaning or any sort of drama, although we want to try to use current news and trends to get attention (See Trumps Truth.Fi video). It garners decent attention.

- FAUCET SITES
As stated in previous proposals, this has been going very well. In recent months we seem to have 'cracked the code' on VieFaucet and get much more views and attention than we pay for - which implies successfully posting on VieFaucet and getting organic attention. Going forward, we will be doubling the budget we spend and make the promotions last longer periods of time. See some of the results on our Analytics Report.

- GLEAM
This is a strong platform to do far-reaching contests and giveaways. It has highly customizable requirements for each contest that is not easy for a bot or multiple accounts to game. We will report how this goes.

- TIK TOK BOOSTED POSTS
We've received solid attention from our Tik Tok boosted posts. We've seen multiple times where it has taken off organically from just a bit of boosting. The channel has a long way to grow, but we are getting there bit by bit.

- AD PLATFORMS - COINZILLA + DOT ADS
This will be more static ads and sometimes can vary from $80/day to $1000/day. We will start low range and see how things go. We will grow this in money spent based off of success and the available budget - we are aware that treasury funds should be seen as precious and shared so all can get paid. I have tarried on implementing due to projects and help to do some management + admin. Apologies.

She has been doing a great job for the part time hours she has available. Glad to see she is starting to submit her own proposals. Our Tik Tok has helped us reach a unique niche of people on Tik Tok - seeing as content needs to be largely catered to specifically Tik Tok. - MANAGEMENT
I am quickly finding out why management is a full job position. It's tough to find the balance between creating and managing. This month I intend to focus strongly on creating in order to launch the 'Down to Earth' campaign with a strong start.

- I am working a bit with @talhatr on getting our videos into Turkish, but in the process helping to get him acquainted with Premiere Pro and the files I send. He additionally has expressed he wants to share work he has created in order to add an extra layer of feedback and brand accountability. Hoping this can help him grow in his abilities to accomplish his goals with ambassador work.

- BUSINESS AS USUAL
Consistent format and request for feedback. Robin and Ellamell will work in tandem with me to make you are all involved in the process and have a chance to lend your voice to the stuff that goes out. Hoping to hear more feedback, but we take no feedback as a sign we are doing the right thing.

Themed Campaigns (How To vids, Merchant Highlights, etc)
- This month we will be launching the 'Down to Earth' video campaign. The quality is there and we believe it represents PIVX very well!

NOTES:
The last 3 months we have focused on quality work and really learning faucet ads and Tik Tok + Youtube's algorithms.
Saying that, we've not pushed out as much visible work as we have in previous months, but that does not mean we are slacking. Some work and struggles:
- Behind-the-scenes: Quality work which can time some time (Down to Earth ad video). I have been working quite fast on this given I am just one designer.
- Some Struggles:
- A new Chats episode I recorded somehow got deleted in the process of syncing to our new Nextcloud server. The zip files with it all got corrupted as well. This was a really tough one for me because I spent a bunch of time on it just for it to get deleted.
- Adobe file syncing on shared files. This has slowed down productivity between Redbyrd, Ellamell and I. Each program is quite particular at times.
- Management + Admin:
- New Marketing Nextcloud - I have migrated all of our team's notes, files, task lists, passwords, and calendars. @palmtree was a massive help in this. This was due to the need to have a central marketing hub for everyone to collab, chat, and work from.
- Training and Collaborating with Ellamell through her work.
- Meetings and brainstorming sessions - Our twice-per-week meetings, brainstorming sessions about upcoming ideas/work, researching marketing techniques + trends

I am starting to do more management seeing as Robin and now Ellamell is here. By management I mean setting up Nextcloud, helping to brainstorm and delegate tasks to choose from, stepping in what people need help, etc. This will naturally become more of my role as we grow a cohesive team to tackle various marketing and ad efforts.
