Hello curious PIVian or Labsian!
I'm JSKitty

Who is this? Click to get up-to-date on my last proposal.
This is my twelvth (twelfth? dozenth?) proposal, in the form of an LRP (Labs Recurring Proposal) to renew my perpetual position in continuing to push PIVX to the next level.
I am the Project Lead and Lead Developer of PIVX Labs - I write code for every Labs Project, manage the tasks and load-balancing of the PIVX Labs team, I handle the networking of Labs (working with our various partners), assist in marketing efforts with both the PIVX Core marketing team and the growing Labs independent marketing team, as well as cultivating the Community Development sector of PIVX to assist small aspiring leaders or developers to build their PIVX projects to their full potential.

What have I done in these last cycles?
These last three cycles were split between a new joint Labs Venture - Vector Messenger, planning and writing the Labs Vision, community events, behind-the-scenes partnerships, and many months of stability work (primarily for MPW and PIVCards, with both having long TODO lists).
A quick, TL;DR recap of everything:
- Vector - Private Messenger has had multiple successful testing rounds; with significant leaps in both Features, Capabilities and Stability per-release, now with the first Public Release scheduled for mid July, with a massive marketing campaign being presently planned to onboard as many Privacy Enthusiasts as possible, and continue building Vector as it moves towards growing a daily userbase.
- PIVX Promos technology toolage has rapidly expanded, now; PIVX Promos has two Batching tools created with Rust, alongside a new web-based client called Redeemer, both of these new tools support multi-coin natively, and PIVX Promos now has significant usage among new community integrations.
- Labs Home is Ready for Launch - After plenty of final tweaks, copy checks and stats integrations - the initial Labs Home hub is now ready to launch, coordinated alongside a community partnership leveraging some of Labs Home's services for maximum marketing reach across multiple communities.
Let's dive in to my responsibilities and contributions below.
- Vector Development
Vector has performed exceedingly well through various community testing phases; and after lots of iteration, our very first Public Release, designed for the masses, is now on the horizon, July is the first public release month!
In the last three months, I've been working on plenty of under-the-hood improvements, as well as seamless feature integrations, that make Vector win a significant edge over traditional centralised platforms features that are lacking; typically due to their centralised nature requiring expensive compute for the service to be able to provide such complex features.
Vector's decentralised, client-powered approach means there's no offloading, everything you do in Vector, stays in Vector, on your devices, and that's why I've created Vector AI; with it's first iteration, Vector Voice AI, powered with the local AI model "Whisper" by OpenAI.
In addition, a new Profiles Upgrade is live; enabling rich profile creation, animated banners, avatars, in-depth descriptions, or the minimal approach for those that prefer to not have the bells-and-whistles - improved Address Detection for PIVX, dozens upon dozens of bugfixes; particularly for Cross-OS and UX issues.
Vector has also had a significant upgrade to it's File Sharing abilities, using a Rust-based Blurhash integration to preview downloading media beautifully without additional bandwidth, alongside a powerful new Hash-based file system that makes consecutive file uploads instantaneous - even across chats - Vector's new upload limit permits files significantly larger than Discord's default 10mb limit, and will continue doing so, using superior file handling techniques.
The very first unstable Android Build on a community member's phone; thanks Ghost!
- PIVX Promos
- My PIVX Wallet Client: MPW has a built-in PIVX Promos client based on our JS 'PIVX-Promos' library, with the ability to both Create and Redeem PIVX-based codes.
- PIVX Promos JS: A simple JS library with the ability to create PIVX Promo codes - with native support for altcoin chains at API-level.
- PIVX VanityGen: The dedicated PIVX CLI tool for generating PIVX Vanity Addresses or PIVX Promos.
- Batcher: a chain-agnostic fork of PIVX VanityGen dedicated to PIVX Promos, giving developers an easy way to generate PIVX Promos, on any chain, with incredible ease.
- Redeemer: a chain-agnostic Promo Redeeming client, granting the ability to redeem PIVX Promos codes to an external wallet, without any centralised components.
This week, our Project Zomboid community server will announce full PIVX Promos integration; meaning ALL in-game coins are based on PIVX Promos technology.
- Labs Home
What will I continue to do?
Continue as Project Manager and Lead Developer to push PIVX Labs to complete the Labs Vision, with the 2025 Edition viewable here.

I, and the entire Labs team + community, thank everyone who have supported our work thus far, and allowed us to prove that we can get shit done without too much messing around - we have some fun, it's what keeps us sane and grounded, down-to-earth, but we keep our direction the same: build, and do it right.
