Proposal Abstract
This is the routine PIVX Labs infrastructure proposal, covering the costs of Servers (monthly), Domains (yearly), and AI rental and/or GPU-time bills (monthly).

Since the last proposal, we've had to expand our redundancy-infra to include MyPIVXWallet RPC and Shield (Sapling Params) data. All current explorers and the RPC powering MyPIVXWallet are hosted via Contabo. As such, I've added the funds necessary (€45/mo) to acquire a high-bandwidth RPC and Shield Params provider, soon to be hosted at rpc.pivxla.bz, giving MyPIVXWallet extra redundancy for RPC and Shield data.

Additionally, due to the recent successful migration of PIVCards to a new location and host, a small (15/mo) EU proxy has been acquired to continue providing services to Germany and other central-european countries.

The primary increase in PIV for this proposal is due to PIVX price, which is unfortunately roughly half what it was in our previous infra proposal.

Our Server and Domain provider is Njalla: "Considered the worlds most notorious "Privacy as a Service" provider", Njalla has the same founder as The Pirate Bay and countless other infamous anti-censorship services, including supporting WikiLeaks, Njalla have the same attitude as Labs, and we have a direct PGP-encrypted chatline to them - why wouldn't we use them?

Njalla (Onion) - Njalla (Clearweb)
Njalla's hardware is based in Sweden, and unlike most; they are not a reseller, but direct hardware-as-a-service.

Proposal Plans

This proposal aims to cover all Infrastructure costs, including but not limited to: (New additions are highlighted in bold and marked with a purple circle)
- All current and future Labs domains (MyPIVXWallet.org, PIVCards, PIVX Rewards, PIVX Labs Home, and room for additional if needed).
- 🟣 (NEW) Official MyPIVXWallet RPC and Shield Params server (to be hosted at rpc.pivxla.bz).
- Labs Home server. (PIVXLa.bz CDN, home page, and micro-services).
- AI GPU-time. (Instead of an independent AI-only proposal).
- MyPIVXWallet Primary server. (Hardened MPW-dedicated server).
- MyPIVXWallet Backup server. (Hardened MPW-dedicated server, used for load-balancing and/or test deployments).
- PIVX Rewards server. (Used for the PIVX Rewards platform, hosts a PIVX full node and all PIVX Rewards data).
- Labs Cold Server. (Used for Labs micro-services such as Labs Cold Pool, PIVi, Prodder).

- PIVCards Master Server. (Runs full nodes of PIVX Core, DogeCoin Core, as well as the PIVCards Codebase, securely holding up-to 0.1 BTC worth of funds for operation).
- PIVCards Proxy Micro-Servers. (NOT hosted under Njalla due to Proxies needing to be located internationally, these servers allow PIVCards to operate in select global regions, like UK, US, EU, Canada, etc).

The costs are estimated to be around 610 to 810 Euros a month, including headroom for potential upgrades, converted to PIV at current rates, as a 'maximum band' number, meaning we could theoretically run lower, but it may stretch and stress our servers beyond capacity, leaves little headroom for upgrading, and prevents changes of plans under a month (superblock cycle), this is especially considered in the rare event of a failed superblock.
