Role and Introduction
Mirela is a CS Student from the lands of Montenegro, she grew up learning various subjects with a wide range of skills from Language learning, Game Development, Visual Design, Software UX, Video editing, Music, Writing, and more - her wide skillset makes her able to work in the tech-heavy environment of Labs to convert our 'techno-jargon' in to plain English for both English and Montenegrin audiences, while being able to help with the design of MyPIVXWallet via UX reviews, translation coordination work and Quality Control organisation. Due to the recent addition of our new social channels, she is also responsible for content creation (text, photo and video content).
Proposal Abstract
The Superblock Report: Episode 12
In the last cycle, Mirela continued The Superblock Report with Episode 12, fulfilling another month of PIVX Labs reporting aggregation for the public eye, as well as introducing our new platform called "PIVX Rewards". The After Dark segment featured a teaser for an upcoming PIVX Labs Giveaway - a 20 euro Nintendo giftcard. The reason for this giveaway will be explained below, in the "Social platforms" section.
Social Platforms:
With the power-team of Mirela and Meerkat, PIVX Labs now has a total of FIVE independent social platform accounts, all managed with simultaneous scheduled announcements and updates across the board, this has vastly improved the outreach Labs has for the community, and we're going to power ahead with a new marketing scheme that propels Labs services, such as PIVCards, MyPIVXWallet, PIVX Rewards and PIVX.Poker, to the next level of on-boarding.
We have launched our very first Giveaway! It had two purposes - to direct people to our discord server and towards PIVX Rewards. We will continue to use such tactics in expanding our server and our member count, on all of our platforms!
We have pushed out 6 posts on X (not including the post about The Superblock Report), 6 posts on Instagram, 6 reels on Instagram, 6 Youtube Shorts as well as 6 TikToks. Our viewership is rising steadily as our discord member count. We will continue to gather more and more views, therefore increasing the reach and interest of our platform! In my proposal plan, I will include a new marketing strategy for PIVX Labs, which is a surefire way of gathering new members for all of our platforms, as it will be tailored for the generations that use these apps the most. (I shall mark this strategy in my proposal plans with an "*", for ease of viewing.)
We also have a new LinkTree, which helps others access all of our platforms on our social media.

Mirela has worked closely alongside Meerkat to schedule public announcements, as well as created the launch schedule for events and control of the design process for all of said events.

Discord:
1. Introduced a new social event in lounge called - "QOTD - Question of the day", using the PIVX Promos system for rewarding the best answer with 5PIV. The aim of this event is to liven up our server, so that it is more active and more engaging for our members.
2. Introduced new "giveaway" channel, used for our "Nintendo" giveaway, which we will continue to use for future giveaways.
3. Improved the server roles system - Introduction screen for new users to select roles (Events, QC and Poker)
Proposal Plans
Alongside my regular duties, I will push forward and focus on my new marketing tactic (marked as (*) below), as it will require a lot of labour and time. I will continue, alongside @Meerkat, to create graphics for events, updates, releases and announcements - my role of writing The Superblock Report remains priority.
- Compiling, Writing and Publishing The Superblock Report (on the 15th of each month).
- Assisting with the aggregation, writing and submission of Labs LMPs and LRPs, saving developer time and giving better head-room for Biz Dev proposals.
- Social Graphics coordination with Meerkat.
- Continuing translation work for MyPIVXWallet.org, PIVX.org, and various other platforms and socials in to Montenegrin, as well as coordinating translation work from other countries.
- Remaining the physical Montenegrin Ambassador for PIVX Labs, with connections to Blockchain Projects in Montenegro, giving PIVX a new arm in a country with high adoption potential.
- Maintaining and improving the PIVX Labs Discord, such as improving the Community News outlets, and handling announcements.
- Continuation of maintaining and growing the various PIVX Labs socials.
- Continuation of the tutorial series, now expanding to other currently present (MyPIVXWallet, PIVCards and PIVX Poker) and future platforms!
- Social events planning (Giveaways, Poker nights, Movie nights...anything that engages the community and grows our server and platforms)
- Journaling with internal team AMAs - a journal containing every Labs Team member for internal interviews, gathering characteristics, roles, work, projects, for historical use and to improve the upcoming Labs Home project in partnership with JSKitty and Meerkat (for the Team Page of the website).
- I am planning to antropomorphise (draw them as if they were human) all of our platforms (MyPIVXWallet, PIVCards, PIVX Rewards, PIVX Poker...) and make entertaining sketches and videos, which will later have a potential of becoming vtuber models. I will refrence Duolingo and OperaGX as leaders of this marketing tactic, and they are living proof that it is worth our while. As an artist, I will be able to draw the characters, and later, make vtuber models (I am a 2D vtuber artist and rigger). This would be most interesting for PIVX Poker, as someone can use a vtuber model to be the dealer and a narrator for future poker games. (*)
