Awaiting Feedback Mobile wallets

With the sudden outage of mypivxwallet due to server problems maybe now is the time to expand on it and make it mobile, play store and apple store complient.

Could it have direct links to the piv cards system as it works now. It's so easy to purchase.

This could then be expanded to add the vouchers into the wallet instead of having to store these details yourself of what you have and how much is left on it. Done it many of time now not updating my list thinking I had funds on a gift card then going to pay and its empty.

It would open it up to more people and with it being play and apple store complient will add trust to using it.

MyPIVXWallet is unaffected by our PIVCards outage, however the Home Page (non-app) is affected.

The Homepage and PIVCards share the same server for efficiency, but seems we'll be migrating them soon to squeeze out some more scaling for PIVCards. #soon!

That said, I've wanted a direct PIVCards integration in to MPW for a long time, definitely want this... when MPW v2.0 is launched and fully stable, I'd like for this to be a priority for the team, redesign is getting very close to "Beta/Test" stages.

Mobile-app-wise, as in App Stores: this might be one of the last things done, especially for Apple, as it requires a ton of KYC'd developer documents, and we need mobile developers whom are also comfortable with both Rust, JS and then understanding of our stacks... a difficult combo for a single dev to have.
