Hello team,
I want to share this with openness and respect. For the past few months, I’ve been holding off on making this request because I wanted the Ambassador program to have every possible advantage and opportunity. I’ve kept my ask steady, regardless of price changes, in order to prioritize what’s best for the team and the project. I've also reduced my Proposals if there was a personal reason I could not pull as many hours as normal.
I believe deeply in this project and the impact we can make. But making that impact requires both time and dedication. I’ve been putting in extra hours that I can no longer sustain at the current level without additional support. I know the coin’s price has affected us all, and I share in the reality we’re each facing. My intention here isn’t to overstep, but to be transparent about my own situation.
We have an incredible team, and while we’re still working through the kinks of setting up a system that will ultimately reduce stress for everyone, we’re not there yet. This request won’t fully cover my expenses or losses, but it will help. Based on the current proposals, I believe it could fit reasonably within this SuperBlock.
If this proposal doesn’t pass, I completely understand and will continue to support the project as best I can. I just wanted to be upfront about where things stand for me personally.
