Hello!

Please note, I will be leaving this Proposal as 'Pending Submission' for 24 hrs to allow for any initial comments or questions. Following that I will adapt and make active.

The last 2 SuperBlocks we decreased our proposal for the Ambassador program due to stress on the overall budget considerations and coin value. We are maintaining this lower budget proposal this month.

At present, the Ambassador Program wallet holds 104,823 PIV. Our current estimated monthly expenses are approximately 36,500 - 40,000 PIV (Bare minimum to maintain current team and the odd initiative).
We have been very selective on how the budget is being spent and continuing discussions for how to utilize for the Maximum impact and ripple effect. Which currently is a blend between Grass Roots and Larger Marketing initiatives.
Please note: this estimate does not include any scaling, additional team members, or funding for larger initiatives or pilot programs.

Please note, adjusting our proposal budget is not a long term solution. Ideally the coins value increases soon and some of this pressure would be relieved. But for now, we are trying to do our part to help.

How the Funding will be used:
  1. Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts. The team has been sent PIV to reward and recognize Advocates that are standing out and making a huge impact.
  2. Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program. - ON PAUSE
  3. Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
  4. Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
  5. Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management.
  6. The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.
  7. Explore new initiatives & Partnershipsthat may be a funding source for the Ambassador Program
New / Current Members for the Program
We currently have 13 Paid members within the program.

Current tally:
Marketing: 2 (Funded independently)
Mentors: 3 (Non-funded through program)
Lead Ambassadors: 5
Ambassadors: 1
(Lead Advocate): 2
Advocates: 5

What have we been up too?

Brainstorming Topic # 1 - How can the Ambassador Program Support PIVX Partnerships? - Update
We have been working on this as a team and are at the stage of refining and then designing into a format that would be approachable for partners.
This initiative could be a great funnel into the Ambassador Program funding and increase our partnerships for PIVX and expose us to additional communities.
Stay tuned!

Brainstorming Topic # 2 - How do we increase conversations with value to increase our Social engagements?
This is meant as a funnel and brainstorming initiative that can assist in driving ideas and materials to the marketing team to be converted into a logistical and planned Social Media Marketing plan both for static and video content.

Overall:
• Working on new Partnership packages - In Development
• Working on more conversationally based approach to Social push - Guide completed with @CanofMana
• Working on thought provoking and conversationally based Video series (@Can of Wana) that aligns with Quarterly targets
• Targeting more refined and strategically based approaches to Socials.
TownHall - aim for 2 / month. - Completed both for Advocates, Leads and Mentors as well as Marketing.
Voting Structure: We have integrated an anonymous voting structure to help guide program decisions within the Ambassador team. This allows for us to discuss and review topics privately and without bias. This is an ongoing practice that seems to be effective. - Still in use.
AMA's and Round Tables: Encouraging participation and attendance at any and all events possible.

Snapshot of a few (far from all, but just to give you a taste) performance metrics gathered from the team. Congratulations team and keep it up!!!

Content Observations
• Best-performing posts remained clear, principle-led, and educational, particularly around open-source development, pseudonymity, trust, and grassroots adoption.
• The strongest post reached 149 impressions, while several other posts in the 80–140 range maintained proportionate likes and reposts despite lower reach.
• The account continued to read as credible, measured, and regionally appropriate, which remains the correct posture for long-term UK-facing trust-building.
• PIVXUK’s role is still not short-term scale. It is consistency, clarity, and a disciplined public-facing presence.

Takeaway
• March was weaker than February on raw numbers, but the account’s function did not change.
• PIVXUK continues to serve as a steady UK-facing signal channel, reinforcing credibility, practical utility, and governance maturity.
• The strategy remains the same: consistency first, clarity second, long-term trust as the end result.
Ambassadorial Outreach

Beyond digital content, I am leveraging my growing card-gaming community to build grassroots PIVX awareness. I am also constantly in contact with the team members who have been assigned to me, providing support when and where needed. Notably, I recently travelled to support Amie on her Campus outreach. I spoke to over 120 students and young people about PIVX, educating them on privacy, PIVX, and how they can be a part of the ecosystem.
Binance Square Activity
Posted daily on Binance Square and reshared content from X accounts.
All March posts on Binance Square are available for verification and tracking.

*Translation into text of the graphics designed by Wams, corresponding to the month of MARCH,I've also collaborated with Wams to add my voice to two Reels-style videos that he designed.
*Posting content on social media, as well as recording and editing two Reels in Spanish for Instagram (PIVX VOICES AND COINSBEE)

*In addition, the PIVX Detective contest was held from March 10 through March 20, attracting significant participation from our community—more than 90 entries using the hashtag #PIVXDetective. Three winners were each awarded 100 PIV from my own funds. The promotional graphic was designed by Meerkat.

Reach and Audience Summary:
The increase in views reflects the growing interest of the community in the PIVX ecosystem.
Total views: 4,204 (Reels and posts).
This represents a 42% increase compared to February.
Attracting new users: 44% of views came from people who don't yet follow the account.
This reach to "non-followers" increased by 54% compared to the previous month, indicating that the algorithm is favoring the content and sharing it beyond the immediate circle.
Community: We closed the month with a solid base of 1,800 followers.
I maintained a high posting frequency on Reddit, Telegram, and HIVE, resulting in a total of 74 posts across all platforms. This activity ensures a consistent presence and the dissemination of vital information to diverse audiences.

Additionally, my ongoing work as a moderator on Discord and Telegram has been crucial in maintaining a supportive, organized, and safe environment for discussion, and I should mention that I have helped with the translation of various PIVX community materials and promoted official PIVX accounts as well as ambassador accounts and their posts.
During March 2026, my focus evolved from pure amplification to a more balanced content strategy, combining both educational standalone content and strategic quote posts. This approach was designed to:
Increase community attention and retention,
  • Deliver easy-to-understand, value-driven content,
  • Strengthen PIVX visibility across broader audiences,
I maintained daily ecosystem engagement, ensuring continuous interaction with both the PIVX team and the wider crypto community. (edited)Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 10:04 AM

Using AI agents to create a workforce that combs through github repositories for projects that matches PIVX in terms of zk-SNARKs, Proof of Stake and privacy technology BUT they are open-source and in need of contributions.
The agents are tasked with deep searching for these projects and getting the contact details/socials of the developers and projects. They will also generate an overview/summary of the project and how PIVX can offer solutions. The sub agents can also draft a proposal letter to these projects highlighting how a collab with PIVX can be mutually beneficial to both parties.

It is a pleasure to confirm my support for the proposal. After analyzing the results obtained in previous cycles, it is clear that this program is not just an operating expense but a fundamental strategic investment for the organic growth of our ecosystem.

The program has proven to be the driving force behind PIVX's human decentralization, standing out for the following:
  • Multilingual and Regional Reach: The ambassadors' ability to translate complex concepts of privacy and Proof of Stake to their local communities has broken down language barriers, bringing PIVX to markets in Latin America, Africa, and Europe with a closeness that traditional marketing cannot replicate.
  • Building Trust: In a market saturated with hype, the fact that real and respected individuals within the community champion the project adds a layer of credibility and authenticity that strengthens the value of the PIVX brand.
  • Continuing Education: Ambassadors have evolved from simple promoters to educators, providing tutorials on wallet usage, staking, and the importance of protected transactions (SHIELD).
One of the strongest arguments for approving this budget is the remarkable improvement in our digital presence. Thanks to the strategic management of our ambassadors, I have observed the following:
  • Humanizing the Algorithm: Content shared by individuals generates up to 800% more engagement than posts from corporate accounts. Ambassadors have ensured that PIVX appears organically in X (Twitter) feeds. I believe we should strive for the same on LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Intent-Based Visibility: In 2025 and so far in 2026, information searches have shifted from Google to social media. Our ambassadors have optimized the use of keywords and educational content, making PIVX the top answer to questions about "financial privacy" and "crypto-governance."
  • Crisis Management and Rapid Response: The active presence of ambassadors allows for the real-time debunking of misinformation (FUD), maintaining a positive and professional narrative that protects the project's reputation.
I believe that the approval of this budget ensures that PIVX remains a leading voice in the privacy coins sector. Ambassadors are the connective tissue between the code and the end user; their work is essential for achieving mass adoption of the technology.

Congratulations to all program participants and to @RedByrd for her outstanding leadership!!! 💜

I think the Ambassador Program has HUGE potential. It has attracted really good people, and there is some traction being achieved.

There are a few areas that I would love to see improve though.

1. People are not working together as well as they could.

I think this is a natural outcome of the distributed nature of the DAO, the Meritocracy aspect, and that people generally want to just do things their way. But, if everyone aligns first, we can all be so much MORE efficient!

2. Team members need to follow the organization structure.

Too many people go straight to RedByrd with questions, instead of asking their peers, or asking one level up. For example, Advocates can ask questions in the #advocates channel. If there is no answer, then they should ask their Ambassador. If that Ambassador doesn't have the answer he/she can ask in the #ambassadors channel. This can go up the org chart as needed.

Doing it this way keeps everyone in the loop, while also using everyone's time efficiently.

So, before answering the question from an Advocate, I would love to see Ambassadors ask; "Did you ask that in the #advocates channel already?" If they haven't, then the Ambassador should request they do that first.

Ultimately, the Ambassador Program should run itself this way. RedByrd should be only responsible for the reporting and submitting proposals. Further, AI and automation should soon drop that workload too. Ideally, we get things organized to a point where RedByrd spends say 10 hrs a week on the Ambassador Program. We are a long way from that.

3. Image creation should be less priority.

I know some events/efforts absolutely require their own graphics. A good example of that is the 'Own Your Future' event that Amie did recently. (Those are awesome graphics! A great smile makes for a great graphic!) Also, some of you have a very specific point you want to make, that needs a dedicated image.

But, most of the Ambassador Program members should be re-posting and engaging with the material that Wams (AKA Can of Mana) creates. I only see 1 or 2 of you doing that. It should be everyone.

Socials are important. But the 'Best Practices' document (not sure exactly what it is named) explains that engaging in a conversation is the most important. That's what the algorithm rewards. Research from Wams and Liquid support this, as does X and others.

4. We each need to use AI more.

When prompting AI, don't give it too much direction. That's what you do to subordinates. But, the safer assumption is that AI is smarter than any of us. Actually, way smarter than all of us together. I would put much more thought into this prompt, but here is a quick one to help explain the approach that works well.

"Here is a post on X that I want to engage with and promote an ongoing value-add conversation. Attached is our 'Best Practices' document on achieving that. Please provide 2 or 3 replies that I might use to achieve that goal. Ask me any questions you need answered to help really perfect it."

Again - I have not tested that prompt, but you get the idea. When you find what works, share with the team!

5. Special Projects.

I am really happy to see the various projects such as what Amie, Sapentia, and SmartClem are doing. (Sorry if I missed anyone) These elevate us above just doing socials, but at the same time give 'ammo' to talk about in socials! It also lays the groundwork for grass-roots marketing efforts.

6. Coin World.

This is HUGE. A few of us are having a hard time wrapping our head around the size of the opportunity. But, that's a great problem to have! Long story short ..... please GET FAMILIAR with Coin World, because it going to get lots of focus in the Ambassador Program soon.

7. PIVX.ai

I am confident that this is HUGE too. However, it is hard to figure out how to best move forward with it. I think this is because that would mean marketing to AI Agents instead of people. Also, the industry is super young. But, we know that can change FAST! Further, one of the main reasons AI Agents will want to use PIVX, is because other AI Agents use PIVX. So, if we keep pushing on it, and get traction first, the rest gets REALLY EASY for us. I know Mahvey has started experimenting. This is good!

We should be on the lookout for social accounts that are clearly AI Agents. Not just scripted bots that spam - but accounts that act like a real person - but we suspect/know are AI Agents. Engaging with those accounts should increase the odds PIVX.ai will be examined, and when AI Agents need to transact value fast, for near zero fees, and privately if they choose, they will know about PIVX.

Summary:

Please don't just 'Like/Repost/GM' on socials or spend time on new graphics that have the same content posted so many times before. Socials are important, but please find ways to 'Level - Up' and follow the messaging that Wams is providing.

Now for the NOT so fun convo:

As everyone is keenly aware, the PIVX price has taken a HUGE hit. When we started building the Ambassador Program, it was at a much higher price, and even at that point, we didn't feel we could really afford it. But, we were thinking positive about the future, and wanted to have a team ready for when the price increases. In short, it didn't. It dropped. So, we are all financially stressed now.

We don't have all the proposals in yet for this cycle, but it seems very likely that this proposal will be voted down, to make room in the budget for increasing the Market Maker Liquidity pool. That has high odds of further securing our listings, and also attracting larger traders, which should increase the price. That will reduce pressure next cycle.

We know that the Ambassador Program has a significant 'buffer' to work with. So, please understand that a 'NO' vote on this proposal does not mean STOP. We actually don't know what it means - because we can't know who voted NO. The only thing it can communicate, is if the funds will be paid or not this cycle. So, for me, personally, if I do decide to vote NO this cycle, what I am actually asking is that you all follow the advice above, and continue your work by spending from your buffer for the next cycle. I hope everyone understands the seriousness and stays focused. It is understandable that everyone's spirit is down when the price is down, but actually, that is when a positive spirit matters more! Please do your best!

Thanks @Flexyvibez - the only way this program is successful is if we work as a team and do our best to support each other and push the boundaries in this very quickly changing environment. Glad you are part of the team.

Thanks @Eric_Stanek

I think you make a lot of good points.

We have had multiple discussions as a team over the last few months regarding budget and allocations.
For the most part, the team is amendable and adaptable for whatever helps PIVX the most.

That said, I think everyone is feeling the financial squeeze and I have encouraged everyone to focus on the 'Most bang for the buck'. We have amazing resources created to help drive efficiency and these will definitely aid in driving effective outreach. We encourage these within our channels as well as during all of our TownHalls and Marketing Meetings.

I'm incredibly proud of our team, each member brings their own intrinsic value to the program. Have we hit road blocks? Of course! :) Have we worked to solve them - Of course! Part of the beauty of this program that aligns with PIVX so well is allowing members to shine in what they do best. Leveraging talent is a cost and time efficient avenue and also builds a spirit that helps drive success.

I believe very strongly that the Ambassador Program has amazing potential (beyond what has been achieved so far). We have in true PIVX spirit witnessed some amazing Grass Root initiatives with great success. Even exploring how we can partner / support partnerships is an amazing opportunity to leverage the talent within the program, add value to our partners and allow the members to shine and grow. We have an incredibly independent team that seems to thrive on personal initiatives, while maintaining and respecting a voting process that allows the team to decide what may benefit PIVX the most.

I have watched collaborations develop and liaisons prosper. I should really build a 'highlight reel' for the last 6 months. It's quite impressive.

I believe we have a lot of ideas as a team that can be ignited when budget allows and these initiatives can expand the program exponentially. That said, I realize we have a buffer and respect the needs within the Community driving PIVX.
I have notified the team of the proposal and encouraged them to watch and add comments to the forum as we move through the voting process.

As always, open to comments, constructive criticism and feedback.

To be sincere, I really love where this Ambassador Program is heading, it a solid step in the right direction. I genuinely believe in the PIVX mission and what we’re building long term. Aside creating graphics, I’m also working on an initiative to introduce PIVX in Enugu State, Nigeria, alongside Borderless Web3 Tech Hub at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. If we stay aligned, support each other, and keep showing up, I’m confident we can drive real adoption and make meaningful impact together.

Thanks Rex! Your visuals to support Amie on her Campus initiative were amazing and I look forward to seeing your creations for Shamex. :)

Fill me in when you are ready to shoot. I was in Enugu a couple of times last year. I can come in to support.
