Hello.

Please note, last SuperBlock decreased our proposal for the Ambassador program due to stress on the overall budget considerations and coin value. We have had internal discussions within the Ambassador Program to help drive potential solutions to help aid the overall PIVX ecosystem again this month. Overall, the team is open to discussion adaptations to help keep the program up and running as well as the other needs within the budget. In consideration of this, I will be putting this proposal up for a pre-proposal discussion with a target on the available funding requirements.
Over the past six months, I’ve intentionally worked to build a buffer within the Ambassador Program wallet. When funds remained available near SuperBlock, I submitted secondary proposals to strengthen this reserve. The purpose of this buffer was to support scalability (such as onboarding new members), fund new initiatives or pilot programs, and provide flexibility when conditions became more challenging. Each month, I actively balance our wallet against ongoing expenses.

At present, the Ambassador Program wallet holds 107,059 PIV. Our current estimated monthly expenses are approximately 36,500 - 40,000 PIV (Bare minimum).
Please note: this estimate does not include any scaling, additional team members, or funding for larger initiatives or pilot programs.

Please note, adjusting our proposal budget is not a long term solution. Ideally the coins value increases soon and some of this pressure would be relieved. But for now, we are trying to do our part to help.


How the Funding will be used: (same goals as last month)
  1. Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts. The team has been sent PIV to reward and recognize Advocates that are standing out and making a huge impact.
  2. Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program. - ON PAUSE
  3. Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
  4. Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
  5. Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too.   6. The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.

There have been many X Space hosted over the last month with a range of participants, though many often being close to 100 participants.

ThankOverview:
Overall, we have been pushing to expand beyond socials, leverage the strengths of those within the program and this includes multiple new initiatives such as Crypto Cafes, Merchant integration, Campus Initiatives, Online Chess Tournaments leveraging PIVX etc...
Members: 13 active paid members of the Ambassador Program.
New Positions: All of our 'to-date' Ambassadors have been peer reviewed and anonymously approved to move into a 'lead Ambassador' role. This comes with increase pay and increased responsibilities. This also allows for movement for a few positions from Advocate -> Ambassador (Pending Budget allowance). This initiative and voting process is under way and consideration.
We have initiated a new 'unofficial role' of 'Lead Advocate' which Aliyu was recently voted into.

New Initiatives: Our current Advocates have been brainstorming how to build momentum outside of social initiatives. Some of these ideas are outline below. If full proposals are desired, these can be provided upon request.
Onboarding: All new onboarding has been paused in response to the coins value and available budget.
Learn & Earn: 4 new Onboarding educational videos have been introduced on CoinsCourse Pro (Thanks @smartclem!)
Crypto Coffee House: Xio has hosted Crypto Coffee Houses (mentored by @ONeZetty & @elena), which was a great success and trial run. We are encouraging more cafe's and sharing knowledge with the Advocates to self engage.
Voting Structure: We have integrated an anonymous voting structure to help guide program decisions within the Ambassador team. This allows for us to discuss and review topics privately and without bias. This is an ongoing practice that seems to be effective.
AMA's and Round Tables: Encouraging participation and attendance at any and all events possible.
Town Hall's: Both for the General Staff as well as within the Ambassador program. Aim is 1 / month or as needed.

Overall:
• New Referral Program for new Advocates initiated and currently pending next steps
• Reporting Form - In discussion on how to build and integrate to make reporting, updates and proposals more streamlined - Update, the onboarding form worked quite well, we will be building a reporting form in a similar way. - In Development.
• Onboarding Form - Revised and developed into a 2 phase approach. Aiming to decrease bots and random applicants. - Completed
• 4 Modules in Development for Educational purpose as well as translations into varies languages for online Learning. - Partially Completed
• Weekly X Bonus contest - Suspended pending new design to incorporate other streams and initiatives.
• AMA attendance - we are encouraging members to attend AMA's and Round Table events and I'm proud to say that we have had great attendance. This has had overwhelming presence from our Ambassador team. Thankyou to all who are taking the time to support initiatives within the PIVX community. It is being noted by our Partners and Outer Circle.
• TownHall - aim for 1 / month.

OneZetty and I planned my first AMA on X Space, which was a great success and received a lot of positive feedback from the listeners. We collected over 45 questions, which were answered by OneZetty. The AMA took place on January 23rd and lasted two hours.I also published content and promoted posts on X, Instagram, and BlueSky. I created three Reel-style videos on Instagram across all my accounts. This month, I decided to also publish them on X. I also engaged with several accounts and key PIVX partners. The increase in organic followers, reach, engagement, number of posts, interactions, and responses has been remarkable. All key indicators show sustained and positive growth, solidifying our digital presence.


Automation (In the works - ongoing development (yes still, other initiatives continue to take priority):
We are working to automate as much as we can within the program to help decrease the amount of time commitment to manage and make the system as smooth as possible for those working within the program. The goal is to offer tools and resources to support the amazing team and spread the PIVX word.

With this in mind, we are working on advancing our automated reporting system for the Social accounts which will allow us to achieve 2 things:
1. Simplify the reporting structure for anyone on the Ambassador team ideally allowing them more time to do what they love and
2. Allow us to compile Thousands of metrics quickly and allow for a snapshot at any point in time.
Until we manage this, please be patient as we report out in the best way we can to show Total Team effort.

What We’re Aiming for This Month
As we build the team, the resources and tools to support our members we will be focusing on a few things in particular this month:
• New Approval process for all new Creative posts created within the Ambassador Program.
• New Mentorship assignments.
• Outreach alignment and funding.
• Ambassador Program TownHall. 1 x month min
• General Staff Town Hall. 1x month min.
• Budget analysis for 2026 and trajectories - In progress based on coins value. Currently up-to-date if anyone would like to review. r
• Build reporting form for all levels of the Program - FYI this is a huge task. Ideally all 4 levels are completed this month, but be patient with us! (Still working on this.)
• Work with our Marketing team to implements a quarterly roll-out approach that can drive Advocates and Ambassadors with posts and messaging.
