Hello everyone,
Over the last three SuperBlocks, we have proactively reduced the Ambassador Program proposal due to increasing pressure surrounding overall treasury considerations and current coin value. Most recently, April’s Ambassador compensation was funded entirely through the existing Ambassador Program buffer.
These decisions were made with long-term sustainability in mind and with the goal of continuing to support and advance important PIVX initiatives during a more challenging market environment.
To address the situation responsibly, the following actions have been taken:

This reduced proposal amount does not include future scaling, onboarding additional team members, or funding larger initiatives and pilot programs currently in development.
While adjusting the proposal size helps reduce short-term pressure on the treasury, this is not intended to be viewed as a permanent long-term solution. Ideally, improving market conditions and coin value will eventually relieve some of this pressure. Until then, we are committed to doing our part to support the broader health and stability of PIVX.
Additionally, I (RedByrd) will be extending a larger portion of my efforts into broader Marketing and Business Development initiatives alongside continued Ambassador Program management. As discussed internally, this also creates new leadership opportunities within the program for members looking to grow and take on greater responsibility.
As always a huge shout-out to the entire team including Advocates, Ambassadors, Lead Ambassadors, Mentors, Marketing, Labs and the wider PIVX community for the continued support of the program. We have made tremendous strides within the program, both in structure and outreach. We all thank you for your contributions, feedback, discussions and hard work.
The team has also been provided with PIV allocations specifically intended to recognize Advocates who are making exceptional contributions and creating measurable impact.

Hello everyone,
Over the last three SuperBlocks, we have proactively reduced the Ambassador Program proposal due to increasing pressure surrounding overall treasury considerations and current coin value. Most recently, April’s Ambassador compensation was funded entirely through the existing Ambassador Program buffer.
These decisions were made with long-term sustainability in mind and with the goal of continuing to support and advance important PIVX initiatives during a more challenging market environment.
To address the situation responsibly, the following actions have been taken:
- Hosted an Ambassador TownHall focused on the current budget environment, program direction, and sustainability discussions.
- Conducted an internal team vote to determine the most responsible path forward for both the Ambassador Program and the broader PIVX ecosystem.
- Team members elected to voluntarily decrease their monthly compensation percentages to help extend the longevity of the program buffer.
- The team also elected to reduce the upcoming proposal request to 15,000 PIV — less than half of the current monthly operational requirements needed to maintain the program at existing levels.

This growth reflects the effectiveness of community-driven storytelling and highlights the increasing interest in privacy-focused discussions within the ecosystem. |
| This year, I have diversified my efforts and alongside making over 120 posts of which includes multiple threads with a minimum of 5 posts per thread, articles, long form posts and simple posts on X. I also explored posting on CMC, garnering thousands of views. I have been active in the community and committed to engaging with the PIVX official account on X and all PIVX related posts I come across. My best highlight being hosting “Own Your Future” - a PIVX sponsored campus initiative which had over 110 attendees and recorded multiple wallet signups and introduction of the PIVX ecosystem to students.
