Hello PIVX Community!

So many updates for you, here are a few highlights:
• Our team has done an amazing job at showing up and supporting our new Advocates and helping to guide the development of the Ambassador Program. Of course, it is an evolving and every changing program. We have learned a lot to help streamline and scale our next wave of Advocates. Thankyou team for all of your hard work!
• Our initial draft of the Ambassador website page is live, and we now have a draft (not live yet) pages for all of the potential roles and responsabilities (or tasks) for each level within the program. Thanks @Meerkat!
• Our Code of Conduct has been updated and will also soon be loaded onto the Website. For now you can see it within our Discord thread called 'Code of Conduct'.
• We have inititated a Social Media Best practice guide for those new to PIVX. This includes Dimensions, Placement, Font guidance and tips and tricks to help us automate performance within a logistical solution.
• Our Friday contests are still active and bonuses are being sent out for a variety of wins. Eg: Social - most impressions, most follows, most shares etc.... This is in an effort to encourage our team to continue to push the limits and explore.
• We have recently initiate random x2, x5 & x10 bonus weeks as an additional incentive. Visuals for these have been created within our template.
• Merch has been ordered and is beginning to role in. We will be leveraging the funding from the last SuperBlock to get the Merch out to our Core team members to aid in visual impact at TradeShows and Conference. We also have Merch that can be used for Contests and Performance based 'Wins'.
• Learn & Earn - @smartClem has noticed a nice integration with our push for new Advocates to utilize the Learn and Earn Program as an initial Educational Platform for new Advocates. We have plans to expand our Educational platform with additional modules that can be leveraged both within the Ambassador Program as well as the Learn and Earn Program.
• We are excited to welcome 1 new Ambassador (Welcome @OxBVD!) and one new Mentor (Welcome @LeacyMcK!). Both have contributed substantially to the program already. In addition to this, we have a solid team of new Advocates that are contributing daily to PIVX including hosting X Spaces, Posting on Socials, Integration into Discord, Learn and Earn contributions etc....
• We were happy to Host our 2nd Ambassador TownHall where we discussed the Initial Soft Launch of the Ambassador Program. We discussed the Pro's and Con's, the growing pains and the revisions that may make the program more streamlined or automated. We also had a chance to review a snapshot of the current progress within the Ambassador Program.
• In addition to this we were also happy to Host our 1st Advocate TownHall where as a team we welcomed all of the new Advocates and outlined the program, our expectations and had a chance to introduce ourselves and answer any questions or comments from our new Team.
• Our program is beginning to get noticed. Some of our partners have reached out to our PIVX team to extend support and interest in partnership with our evolving program. Partnerships like this can dramatically increase our external presence and it is a very exciting prospect! Let's go get it!
• Discord Badges have been rolled out for the Ambassador program highlighting the role of each team member. Thanks @Hawtch ! Looking good.
• Starter 5 Sprint - @OxBVD has developed and is leading a Sprint Initiative to help get our Advocates rolling and encourage them to leverage and test the tools within the PIVX program. Roll-out imminent. Screen Shot attached.

Of course, this is an evolving program, so we are make revisions as we move along to hone it into a program that supports both the Ambassadors as well as PIVX as a whole. Any constructive feedback is always welcome.


Funding
Funding has been paid out and balance is reported as an attachment to this proposal. I have condensed the Report, however if you would like to see a full record of transactions this is available upon request. I have included the snapshot from the time of our last snapshot in our previous proposal.
The Ambassador Fund Wallet continues to have shared access from 3 of us for full transparency.

How the Funding will be used:
  1. Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts. The team has been sent PIV to reward and recognize Advocates that are standing out and making a huge impact.
  2. Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program.
  3. Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
  4. Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
  5. Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too.   6. The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.
New / Current Members for the Program
We welcome @LeacyMcK as a Social Mentor and @OxBVD as a new Paid Ambassador. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

As mentioned last month:
We would like to keep this rolling. We are aiming to recruit many new Advocates before the end of the year and hope that several of these will gain traction and move to a more dedicated role of an Ambassador.
We would also like to encourage current Ambassadors to expand their roles and help Paint the world Purple! We would love to see several people target the role of lead Ambassador which would be more of a regional or country based lead role. This will allow us to expand the program reasonably.

• Reporting Form - In discussion on how to build and integrate to make reporting, updates and proposals more streamlined - Update, the onboarding form worked quite well, we will be building a reporting form in a similar way.
• Ambassador Website page - first draft completed. 4 levels of Roles and Responsibilities in Development
• Onboarding Form - Completed - plan to break this into a 2 phased approach which we believe will help streamline and separate the ones truly interested and dedicated to joining the program and thus decrease the vetting progress for our Internal team.
• Social Media Best practices - In development
• 4 Modules in Development for Educational purpose as well as translations into varies languages for online Learning.
• Working on testing and a discussion on how to integrate the Ambassador program with @smartclem ’s Learn and Earn program.
• Twitter and Instagram best Practice resource 95% completed (Will post to the full PIVX team when completed.) It will be a great resource to help maximize social engagement.
• Automated system to drive high Social Interaction being currently branded and automated. Completed for Instagram and X as long as the keyword 'PIVX' is used.
• Weekly X Bonus contest in full swing with a new integration of x2, x5 & x10 weeks.
• PIV Bot tips has been integrated to help support Advocates and Ambassadors. Thanks @palmtree for the new TipBot development and online instructional!
• AMA attendance - we are encouraging members to attend AMA's and Round Table events and I'm proud to say that we have had great attendance. This has had overwhelming presence from our Ambassador team. Thankyou to all who are taking the time to support initiatives within the PIVX community. It is being noted by our Partners and Outer Circle.
• TownHall - We hosted our second Ambassador TownHall as well as our first Advocate TownHall. Our goal is to continue this 1/month. We are looking at automated language translations for those who specialize in languages other than English.
• Discord Badges - Developed and Implemented within Discord.
• We have integrated a new Channel system within Discord to help organize the structure and discussion within the Ambassador program.
• Educational Outreach pamphlet - In development

Branding:
• Country logos for Canada, Mexico, Nigeria, Poland, South Africa, Turkey, UK, USA and Venezuela have been created. Hooray! We are planning a Design and Best practice online discussion ideally for the week of Oct 13 / Oct 20 and will be offered to all within the program. This will highlight and allow a platform for questions and discussion to help unify the PIVX brand for our new Advocates.

Growth & Impact

Followers have increased due to the launch of the ambassador program, with many new supporters coming from Africa.

Verified followers have been gained on FR Privacy through strategic engagement.

The launch of the Binance Square account opened a new channel for global outreach, helping PIVX connect with audiences outside of X (Twitter).

Views and impressions across all accounts have steadily increased, showing that strategic posting and engagement are delivering results.

This month, my work was focused on quality, consistency, and strategic engagement. These efforts are ensuring that PIVX gains awareness, attracts new audiences, and continues to build momentum globally.
Highlights● Continued the Privacy Is a Right and For Fawkes Sake narrative threads, expandingreach within the UK anti-Digital ID discussion.● Viral-adjacent engagement spikes came from posts tying PIVX to real-worldsovereignty themes (notably the “No Digital ID” campaign).● Reached 400 + impressions on top posts (e.g., “They’re Watching”, “Book flights.Hotels. Holidays. All with PIVX.”).● Built steady repost cadence across crypto, liberty, and privacy circles, proof thatstealth advocacy is compounding.● In addition to content contributions, I also provided two Discord Server Boosts thismonth to support ongoing PIVX community operations. I plan to continue this wherepossible as part of my personal contribution to strengthening the ecosystem.
• The September articles got over 700 Presentations, 449 Views, and 139 Reads (better than the last three months). It is worth mentioning that these figures represent only Medium stats and do not include the views and engagement on other social media platforms. Surprisingly, core PIVX articles performed very well, followed by timely news on trending (and somewhat controversial) topics.
I have published content and promoted posts on X, Instagram, and BlueSky. I have created four Reel-style videos on Instagram. Across all accounts The increase in organic followers, reach, engagement, number of posts, interactions, and responses has been remarkable. All key indicators show sustained and positive growth, consolidating our digital presence.
By publishing both Clem’s articles and my own on Medium, I have worked to further encourage a culture of reading among people.Here are the article titles:

Automation:
We are working to automate as much as we can within the program to help decrease the amount of time commitment to manage and make the system as smooth as possible for those working within the program. The goal is to offer tools and resources to support the amazing team and spread the PIVX word.

With this in mind, we are working on advancing our automated reporting system for the Social accounts which will allow us to achieve 2 things:
1. Simplify the reporting structure for anyone on the Ambassador team ideally allowing them more time to do what they love and
2. Allow us to compile Thousands of metrics quickly and allow for a snapshot at any point in time.
Until we manage this, please be patient as we report out in the best way we can to show Total Team effort.

We are also working towards an automation for our Application and Onboarding process to help lessen the load on the team to highlight and identify the most ideal Advocate recruits.

What We’re Aiming for This Month

As we build the team, the resources and tools to support our members we will be focusing on a few things in particular this month:
• Refining these initiatives, including collaborating with @Meerkat and @Hawtch to get the website page refined. 4 Levels of the program and Code of Conduct to be included.
• Supporting and encouraging our first wave of Advocates. Refining the payment / reward structure for Advocates.
• Revising the application form for new Advocates into a 2 stage process
• Continuation and refinement of Bonus structure and contests
• Ambassador TownHall as well as Advocate TownHall
• Branding integration and Question and Answer Online TownHall
• Offer tools to increase social engagement and impact - Social Guide in development including X & Instagram Best Practices.
• Refinement of Task list for Advocates and Ambassadors - Completed and will be up on the Website soon.
• Build reporting form for all levels of the Program - FYI this is a huge task. Ideally all 4 levels are completed this month, but be patient with us!
• Expanding automation to other social platforms - Advocates and Ambassadors are doing this fluidly.
• Implement a plan for second wave recruiting.
• Merch send-out
• Sprint 5 initiated.
