Hello PIVX Community!
So many updates for you, here are a few highlights:
• We have had a roaring response from our Soft launch of the Ambassador program with over 200 applicants and dozens of new voices in the Ambassador Channel on Discord. Our team is doing a wonderful job at welcoming new voices and we are trying to help new members navigate and offer them pro-active next steps.
• Our initial draft of the Ambassador website page is live. More updates to come including a breakdown of roles and responsibilities.
• Our Friday contests are still active and bonuses are being sent out for a variety of wins. Eg: Social - most impressions, most follows, most shares etc.... This is in an effort to encourage our team to continue to push the limits and explore.
• Merch and branding has been moving forward and we are working on Merch and swag incentives for every level within the Ambassador program.
• Please note, I am requesting an small increase in the budget proposal to support onboarding new advocates. Funding breakdown below.
Of course, this is an evolving program, so we are make revisions as we move along to hone it into a program that supports both the Ambassadors as well as PIVX as a whole. Any constructive feedback is always welcome.

How the Funding will be used:
We have had an overwhelmingly wonderful response from our Soft launch. Lots of chatter on Socials, over 200 applicants through our Form system and dozens of new voices within Discord. There is a lot of experience and potential within the applicants who bring Crypto knowledge and experience as well as a great attitude.
As mentioned last month:
We would like to keep this rolling. We are aiming to recruit many new Advocates before the end of the year and hope that several of these will gain traction and move to a more dedicated role of an Ambassador.
We would also like to encourage current Ambassadors to expand their roles and help Paint the world Purple! We would love to see several people target the role of lead Ambassador which would be more of a regional or country based lead role. This will allow us to expand the program reasonably.
Note, we have several PIVians that are looking to onboard into the program. Ideally these are nominated from those currently within the program. Please check out the Ambassador channel for these requests. Lets help onboard supportive PIVians!

Automation:
We are working to automate as much as we can within the program to help decrease the amount of time commitment to manage and make the system as smooth as possible for those working within the program. The goal is to offer tools and resources to support the amazing team and spread the PIVX word.
With this in mind, we are working on advancing our automated reporting system for the Social accounts which will allow us to achieve 2 things:
1. Simplify the reporting structure for anyone on the Ambassador team ideally allowing them more time to do what they love and
2. Allow us to compile Thousands of metrics quickly and allow for a snapshot at any point in time.
Until we manage this, please be patient as we report out in the best way we can to show Total Team effort.
What We’re Aiming for This Month
As we build the team, the resources and tools to support our members we will be focusing on a few things in particular this month:
• Refining these initiatives, including collaborating with @Meerkat and @Hawtch to get the website page into development.
• We will be working through over 200 applicants and helping to guide them on their interactions and next steps.
• Continuation and refinement of Bonus structure and contests
• It is becoming increasingly important to host a Ambassador TownHall. We have had one, and we plan to host 1 / month.
• Offer tools to increase social engagement and impact
• Refinement of Task list for Advocates and Ambassadors - Completed and will be up on the Website soon.
• Reporting form for 1. Monthly reports 2. Onboarding (completed)
• Expanding automation to other social platforms.

- Incentivizing Current Advocates and Ambassadors: Providing rewards and support to our existing ambassadors to sustain their engagement and efforts.
- Attracting New Recruits: Offering incentives that encourage new members to join and actively participate in the program.
- Supporting Pilot Development: Ensuring the initial rollout of the pilot program is adequately funded to maximize its success and impact. (TBD on development requirements)
- Flexibility and Responsiveness: Having a dedicated fund allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and opportunities, fostering growth and engagement.
- Transparency and Oversight: All fund activity will be transparently reported on a monthly basis, with oversight shared among trusted community members to ensure proper management. I have spoken with @Liquid369 & @Hawtch and plan to share the details of the wallet with both to ensure full transparency and also to have a member in place to allocate appropriate distribution if I am unable too. (Completed)
- The option to register for X premium for the X social accounts has been offered. Small fee for amazing reporting and perks.
- We are applying for an additional small fund to help incentivize new Advocates within the program. I am suggestion 20 x 500 PIV for this month.
