Proposal:

A new pool/masternode service provider was testing out our master branch from GitHub. It was found that, in the current state, a few bugs need to be fixed from upstream backports. After communication with the rest of the Dev Team, we have decided to give a payout for the "heads-up". The bounty is enough to get the reporters started with their service to demonstrate its usage, and we, the dev team, have deemed this an appropriate amount. While it ranges from small to high/crit bugs, these are things in our backport list, but due to dev team constraints, they have yet to be implemented/merged. This is in the amount of 15,000 PIV, with 50 PIV reimbursed for me submitting the proposal for the payout. I will receive the payout and then send it to the appropriate parties.
