Cold staking is networkely disabled

Hi, I'm getting this message whenever I try to delegate my PIVs.

Yes, cold staking is currently on disabled network wide however, it should be re-enabled sometime this month (March 2021). You can see the announcement here: https://pivx.org/news/cold-staking-in-maintenance-mode
