Chapter 1 : Dash Force Days Love

I will write the memoir live in this forum.

Ah, the Halcion days of Dash, near its all-time high. Dash Force was the Triumvirate of Mastermined, Mark Mason, & TheDesertlynx. There were twenty or so under the Dash Force Umbrella. I was one of them, hired to write short articles at $50 in Dash a pop on other altcoins (that lasted about a month), and a paltry yet helpful sum to Moderate their chat. Mixed bag of nuts in Dash Force, it was a great time to believe in the project, Evan Duffield had launched Dash Labs in Hong Kong,. I believe, Masternode owners were already buying islands in their dreams, and I was trying to figure out how to survive on a tiny extra bit of crypto, living on Social Security Disability Income.

Mastermined was my favorite Dash Force member, skateboarder, OG Dash miner, got out at the top and never looked back.
Maek Mason was the Uberoptimist Brit, lovely wife and kids, hard to ignore.
TheDesertLynx was likeable, and a great speaker, just didn't have the Rizz. Maybe I have Rizz envy or something. I assure you, I have some Rizz sonewhere around here.

others I remember:
Albert Arelkanes III - coded DiscoverDash Android app which I used in 2019 when I went to a meetup TheDesertLynx held at the Liar's Bench in Portsmouth NH. But that is for a later chapter.
Slizzy McSlizzface - another Dash Force writer, whom I met at the Liar's Bench in 2019.

<more later>

I got to write about a month's worth of articles on other altcoins before the masternode owners bitched too much at Dash Force and they dropped the altcoin corner on Dash Foirce News. I was already being paid $200 in Dash a month to Moderate the new Discord, so big YAY! - I was bringing in some extra spending money. Dash Force days wre some great times at Dash, everybidy in the Discord would tuinew in to the 3 Amigos Podcast they did, I believe, every Friday night. It was easy to believe the sky was the limit, and I would be able to launch a small independent merchant shop using only Dash. Circumstance and time led to much disappointment in that matter.

Things ran smoothly working for Dash Force thru 2018, Dash price began to get squeezed and Kuva (Darko's squad) teamed up with a competing Discord by Tao of Satoshi and engineered a social attack on Dash Force DAO funding. By February of 2019, Dash Force was no more, and the Triassic Trio took on different roles. Mark devoted himself to promoting Dash while Babygiraffe's act was wearing thin with masternode owners. Evan Duffield had promised Dash its onw username and dappplatform and the DAO blew money on things like the Max Keiier/Stepehn Baldwin bus tour across Ameriuca.

I kept my head down, and I have no idea how Dash Force made their last payroll, I suspect Mastermined reached into his own pocket to pay what was then $500 worth of Dash.

Does the Liar's Bench still accept Dash. Most businesses in that area no longer accept crypto.

Chapter 7 : Babygiraffe Liquidates Papa Duffield

In late 2019, DeFi was a new concept, with SALT lending, NEXO, Celsius. Papa Duffield, Evan's father, of course, was brought into SALT by Darkwater. Darkwater had vested his own mastenrodes in SALT for a potential yield. The bear market for BTC began in late 2019 and Darkwater told me that Papa Duffield was leveraging up on the dip, he had half of Evan's masternodes loaded om SALT. In December, Babygiraffe issued a Discord request for OTC Dash to the community. Dash bottomed at $38 that December and liquidated not only Papa Duff's 100+ masternodes, but Darkwater's as well, although Dash never dipped to Darkwater's margin, SALT just took his Dash.

The NH Freestaters thought they could take over Portsmouth, the state's only port city, full of old money, makes sense that they had to find easier pickings. Last I heard, Keene NH was still going strong with their crypto hippie camp. I bought a couple burgers there for me and a Hobo, downtown Keene, driving back home to Ohio Summer of 2019, always pick up hobos, they know those back roads like nobody's business. But all that is for another chapter.

Chapter 10 : Ultradar Washtrades Dash & The Janitor Breaks The Trading Bots

Ultradar was a Dash whale, back in early 2019, akwatys making crazy specifix price predictions, 559 became a Dash Discord emoji on account of him.he took it upon himself to try to wash trade Dash higher on Binance, he burned 10 BTC in slippage doing it, I was trading on HitBTC prior to the KYC days, I had been watching the Dash/ETH apir, which at that time was between 0.35 & 0.4. I told Ultradar if he gave me some BTC I could break the bots out of the resistance at 0.4 ETH by bomabarding the spreads on the pairing by buying and selling the smallest allowable trade at that time. 0.001 Dash. Ultradar sent me 2 ETH. Fabio, a former (maybe currently) MNO sent me 5 Dash to play the other side. I must've spent 7-9 hours doing an analog HFT attack on the HitBTC bots before I broke the bot algo and Dash hit its 2019 high of about $250. My slippage was minimal and I turned a profit on the bot attack, Ultradar and Fabio let me keep the funds they sent me as a tip.
