Hi PIVX community,
It’s been a great month when it comes to our ‘Wen Moon’ vid success.

It’s been a rough market and I definitely feel the pressure. Due to this, I will be lowering my monthly proposal amount along with a couple hours.
I’m going to focus on 1-2 vids a month, helping @RedByrd with the Ambassador Program, and doing paid marketing.

  • This is meant to promote a very solid relationship between the two communities and a very solid utility for PIVX holders.
  • Same as Edge Wallet - promoting something huge that’s going to help expand PIVX.
  • Get it started - a high quality video similar to Travala and ‘To The Moon’. A lot of effort will be put into this to cross-promotion vid with NowPayments. This is to hopefully be promoted by their social team, rep an amazing product we use, and create another video in the portfolio of high quality vids - possibly coveted by other projects wanting to have one as well.

  • I will be putting in a smaller amount of effort to create + repost Shorts/Reels. This is due to my limited time, bringing my hours down, and Ellamell stepping back due to personal reasons.

  • We have launched the video and has done quite well with over 100k views on youtube. It has over 50 subscribers since posting it. It’s one of the highest performing vids on our Instagram. Additionally it’s a solid reflection of PIVX quality for both brand growth, business development, and our marketing campaign.

  • The first one went very well. Probably too well given that it was a test. We saw 10k plus responses and is a great beginning measurement for how well Gleam will do.
  • Doing extremely well when it comes to $ vs Responses on our Youtube vids.
  • Boosting posts has been profitable - ‘Wen Moon’ vid has 59k views for roughly $350usd worth of boosting (which is mostly organic/real people views).
  • Developed 'To The Moon' ad video. It’s going extremely well and we are putting out ads + merch with matching theme.


NOTES

I feel I am seen as the role of marketing manager sometimes. Ellamell is taking a step back due to the low market and some personal stuff, so I’m not really managing much. Additionally, I feel all marketing efforts and failures fall on my shoulders, which is quite overwhelming for one guy. I need to be clear - I am doing marketing, but my efforts alone are not enough to boost everything to change the price around. My role is already 3-4 jobs that would be done by separate people in a normal marketing studio.

What will make the difference is the combination of Marketing and the Ambassador Program. Both of which should include the whole community working in tandem. I am eager for the days ahead because I know when we are together, we work better!! I look forward to working to make content and promote it for all of the efforts currently happening.

As some of you close to me know, I recently became a foster dad to young kids. I have never been a parent before and I am quite overwhelmed at times. I am definitely able to meet my hours but it does cause alot of stress. Between having to deliver on both quality content AND quality marketing AND a quality amount of monthly content, I am far too stressed. If I don’t change something I am going to be of no use to anyone. This is why I am bringing my hours from 40hrs to 30-35hrs per week.

FINAL THOUGHTS

As usual, the PIVX community is amazing and it's a pleasure to work here. I see PIVX as my career-home. I am thankful for every day I get to be a part of the crew.
PIVX offers something amazing that the world needs. I am proud to represent that and be a part of it's growth!
 
Kudos on becoming Foster parents!

Don't worry ..... you'll have more time available soon. Like, in about 18 years. LOL.

What really happens is you learn how to be productive in 5 min chunks of personal time when they are at home, and super productive during the 6 hrs they are at school or daycare etc.

I am REALLY looking forward to a completely redesigned Ambassador program too! It should both lighten the load of others, and leverage their efforts too!

Thanks for the stats. The professional videos take a lot of time, but they clearly show value with views. Plus, we can leverage them in other ways. So, the 'To The Moon' video is going to be a 'gift that keeps on giving'. Awesome.
