Hi PIVX community,

Seeing as the Ambassador Program is hitting it's stride, I am wanting to start adding a little video work again - I feel they function as solid marketing and business development tools (with @Jeffrey and our Ambassadors/Advocates).

I will be proposing 24,000 PIV, wanting to go down to part time for December in hopes to spend a bit more time with family and find a better work/life balance. I am also finding that, despite some boosts in coin price, we are still quite strapped for treasury funds, so I am going to back off my amount a bit to make space for the Ambassador program to expand and perhaps an up-and-coming new marketing team member .

PROPOSAL​

Tasks​	Descriptions​
Holidays Promo Video​	- A happy holiday/christmas to everyone, including some recap of PIVX 2025.​ - Translation: If I can get the script done soon enough to ask team.​
Shorts / Reels (4x)​	- 1x Holidays Promo.​ - 1x PIVX Update (whether it is Vector or a partnership, or something else).​ - 1x Funny (Meme, roast, or silly).​ - 1x Promotional (Quick ad promoting a feature of PIVX).​
Merch Designs (2x) + Re-Orders​	- I'd like to create 2 more vibrant, fun merch designs to print on a future re-order.​ - Start the re-order process - opening it up to allow PIVians to order their own PIVX merch. Aim is to submit re-order mid January and have them shipping by February.​
Ready-to-Go Posts (x15)​	- Per Redbyrds request, I want to create atleast 15 graphic posts for our socials that are ready to use whenever. I will be trying to utilize AI to create these so we can lighten the burden of design, along with custom final touches + edits before they are marked as ready.​ - These are aimed at being able to be posted at any time so it will not include updates, news, or time-sensitive content.​
Education Modules (5x)​	- I will continue to help SmartClem design the CoinCoursePro modules so they look professional, are easy to understand.​
Townhall (1x)​	- I will participate or lead another Townhall for the Ambassador program in the Discord. This may be to teach more marketing or assist Redbyrd in presenting updates to the program.​

NOTES​

I'm quite excited to see there is a seriously professional marketer interested. I've always said it - we need more on the team. Really looking forward to work with them and see what they an do. I want to emphasize that I have no ego when it comes to someone else's plan, direction, or idea - I just want to work together to promote PIVX and making something AWESOME!

Can you please expand on the CoinCoursePro Modules?
I have been in discussions about them, but it still isn't clear to me what they are.
If they can help with vetting Ambassador Program applicants, and also teaching others, that's great.
But, I don't know anything about them yet. Is there a content list/framework drawn up already?
Also, why isn't this effort funded by the separate CoinCoursePro proposal?

Is this a list of what you WILL COMPLETE during the cycle for the given amount requested? Or, is this a list of what is on your plate that you will be working on, and you get done what you get done?

It offers courses that feature a series of modules (or chapters) that you go through in order. You submit your own text and can include embedded content along with requirements to show your work before being approved as completed.

Currently Redbyrd and I are reviewing the content alongside SmartClem. We will be doing our best to help add graphics and help to make it ready for the Ambassadors + Advocates to go through. We are talking about including video screenshare walkthroughs and utilizing AI voice to help it sound professional. This is not intended to be some huge project for me, but I want to help however I can to make it easy to comprehend and professional.

It will help vet and give a base understanding of PIVX to all new Advocates. I believe this is an invaluable stepping stone to all new inductees into the Ambassador Program.

The program will have 5 modules (or chapters), and it will give base knowledge about crypto and more specifically PIVX. This will make sure that every advocate we have has a solid base level knowledge of PIVX. If this goes well enough and we can make it mandatory, alongside requiring proof of actual learning (vs skimming it), than we can expand on this in the near future to other things such as marketing, selling techniques, business development, etc.

Most tasks have a somewhat tentative timeline, aside from date-specific tasks like a Holiday video. Saying that, I put these tasks believing they are achievable by end of December.

This is what I intend to deliver in the time I have quoted (roughly 30 hours a week). If I struggle to get it done due to some complications, I will make sure to communicate this here. I think, however, this is doable for me as long as things go smoothly.

The tasks I see as possibly flexible delivery dates are:
- Education Modules. This is dependant on how quick we can get the modules written, translations given and the screenshares recorded (currently SmartClem is talking about doing them).
- Townhall. If things are crazy busy or we have other events going on.
- Merch Designs. I can create the 2 designs, and start the feedback/revision process hoping to get it approved and done by end of the month. After that the ordering will just be a whole bunch of herding cats haha
