Hi PIVX community,
I have been told there are some saying I have shown little of my work, so I hope the below section "Work Accomplished" area clears any confusion as to what I have done. Considering November was quoted as part time hours (25-30hrs a week) I have delivered more than that.
I have recently met with WAM, Jeffrey, Redbyrd, and others about my role going forward in a way that doesn't overlap and compliments everything going on.
Based on the conversations, I have decided I am going to go back to doing Youtube videos. Instead of doing high-effort+quality promos, however, I am going to try to do ones that are me talking to the camera and with others in a more conversational way. We saw this work really well with Snappy in the past, and people are drawn to something authentic like a talking head. Please comment on this proposal what you think of this?
Saying that, I will still offer some aid when it comes to some last minute graphic aid, ambassador program help, and whatever else is needed. I am proposing part time hours again, so this may be somewhat limited (but hey I usually put more hours than quoted anyways haha).
PROPOSAL - What I Plan to Achieve

Talking (Me) Videos | - Full focus on creating videos talking with people like @Jeffrey and/or chatting about news and events. - Keep the community updated as to what's going on - hoping an actual talking person can help increase community togetherness, outreach, and communication. |

Merch Re-Orders | - If time provides and everything lines up well, I will start the re-order process, opening it up to allow PIVians to order their own PIVX merch. - Orders will require people to pay in advance for cost of merch and estimated shipping fees (I am fine if it's in PIV). - Aim is to submit re-order mid January and have them shipping by February. My be slightly delayed due to some struggles during December with some corrupted files, but still want to go this direction. NOTE: In order to ship to you, you WILL have to dox yourself to a certain degree (depending country). I will need an address to ship to, a name or company to use, and a phone number. |
Education Modules Videos (5x) | - After deliberation with Redbyrd and SmartClem, we will be doing narrated videos of each module, speaking into the camera and including graphics within the video when necessary. |

Merch - Shipped and Starting to Receive
Fully Shipped with some slight snags. I used reship.com for affordability and to consolidate everything under one shipping umbrella. Some of the struggles were getting them properly registered in my reship containment area, and getting good enough pics so I know which box is each person's specific package. I have finally got this figured out, with many emails back and forth with them. Apologies to all workers and Ambassadors for the delay. Merch Promo Short

I hosted 3 separate livestreams training the advocates, ambassadors and all who chose to join. This proved useful, as I was finding a lot of the advocates were struggling with basic graphic design standards. Things aren't perfect but they are MUCH better.Youtube Townhall Video
Along with this I used some PIV, that @Eric_Stanek was kind enough to send me, to do a short tipping campaign in Discord incentivizing the advocates to make graphics with proper standards according to my created Social Guide in the Public Ambassador Folder. This worked to increase the quality of the graphics - guiding them to put PIVX.org and the Socials Overlay I created on their graphics. It also got them to keep a closer eye on margins and NOT skewing the PIVX logo + icon.
