Open HW wallet Ledger Nano S not accessible via PET4L tool

Since I have updated my ledger nano S HW wsllet I cant see and spend my staked balance via PET4L which sre apprpx 40400 PIV on my staking owner address

Can you please guide me how to reach my balance via PET4L tool. which is currently doesn't show any balance on more than 9 pivx address

All my HW ledger, ledger live and PET4L has lastest version.

Yes I switched 2 different block chain explorer and connected but still same no balance shows associated with my ledger pivx address
is there any update or latest block chain explorer list you can share?

Could you paste the address you should be receiving rewards to here for us? This way I can look on explorer, and see if its maybe the explorer API issue.

I believe you can un-stake from Ledger using https:app.mypivxwallet.org. (won't work in Firefox)

Rest assured no one is ignoring you or letting it slide by. Can you join us in discord? If not, in your PET4L app, there's a console log can you copy it here as well?
I am looking into this to see where the problem is currently.

I supposed ths project from the beginning but I am frustrated and disappointed about support

Thank you for the information. While we work on it, you can also use https://mypivxwallet.org to connect to your ledger and see your funds. Let us know its very simple. There is a “access my ledger” button that will connect and read from your ledger. You can stake and unstake from there as well.

This web portal doesn't work as well ad you can see attached screenshot its getting up handled exception in the second stage of unstaking which is confirm and send but this screen doesn't appear on ledger nano oled screen.
I tried different USB port and different LAPTOP & PC but same error.

Can you try again, visit app.mypivxwallet.org then do a hard refresh, usually F5 button, or long press refresh on mobile browser.

Hello, sorry for that we had to update some rules on the server for the app, which caused us to clear some Cloudflare caches. Outside of that, please make sure to check which explorer the app is using right now, as they are under a fairly heavy load. We are working to alleviate it.
