PIVX Weekly — a governance-first show by the community, for the community (Eps 1, 2 & 3 out now)
Hey everyone
Over the past few weeks we've been quietly building something for the community: PIVX Weekly — a show dedicated to what's actually happening in PIVX governance, the ecosystem, and the revival effort. Not price hype. Not shilling. A weekly, honest look at what the DAO is doing, who's proposing what, and where the project is headed — the kind of coverage a healthy DAO should have about itself.
The first three episodes are live:
Ep 1 — From $0.02 to $10: the PIVX story and the plan to reverse it
Ep 2 — Price dropping, MN manager software, and where governance goes next
What's in an episode
Where to find everything
Full transparency, up front: the show is hosted by cryptosi and produced with AI assistance — that's disclosed on every episode page. We think a DAO that runs on-chain governance should be just as transparent about how its media gets made. If the community wants the show to exist, it has to earn that by being worth watching, not by hiding how the sausage is made.
What we need from you
This show only works if it covers what the community actually cares about. Tell us:
One last note: a separate proposal for the show's production budget along with all the other Governance and related efforts is going up in Proposal Discussions shortly, where it belongs. No asks in this thread — this post is here so the community can judge the work itself, and so anyone who wants to weigh in on the show (pro or con) has a home to do it in.
I'm planning on having specials at least every two weeks alongside the weekly show, the specials will feature guests or focus solely on one topic, here are some example specials we are planning
* What's in V6.0.0
* What is PIVX ambassadors
* Whatr is the PIVX fork federation
* Why is PIVX the ultimate app chain
* How to contribute to PIVX
* What is PIVX Alliances
* How PIVX governance works / How is PIVX funded
Alongside these specials I'm also planning a string of tutorials
* How to use MPW
* Setting up your first masternode
* Using a masternode Hosting provider
* How to add liquidity
* How to complete a private transaction
* Adding PIVX to your AI agent
* Joining the PIVX community
Finally PIVX Weekly will have monthly governance calls, initially in Discord but we are strongly considering moving to twitter spaces,
These calls will allow the community to interact with proposal owners, ask questions about proposals and engage with each other about how best to benefit from the budget.
The first of these calls is already scheduled for Saturday 31st October
Thankyou for your attention on this matter. See you Friday.

Ep 2 — Price dropping, MN manager software, and where governance goes next
What's in an episode
- Governance recap — proposals on the tracker, what passed, what failed, and why
- Ecosystem news — core updates, community projects, forks that are actually alive
- The honest segment — where we talk about what isn't working and what it'll take to fix it
- Price action— What the charts are saying and what I'm predicting for the week ahead
Where to find everything
- All episodes: pivx.daowatch.org/videos
- Live governance dashboard: pivx.daowatch.org
- Weekly written governance recaps on this forum, posted as they ship

This show only works if it covers what the community actually cares about. Tell us:
- Segments you'd want to see (masternode spotlights? dev deep-dives? proposal post-mortems?)
- Guests you'd want interviewed — tag them or point us at them
- What Ep 1 & 2 got right or wrong — we'd rather hear it here than not at all
