1. Executive Summary

During October 2026, the PIVX Ambassador Team supported project awareness through educational content, graphic design, social media engagement, community education, and ecosystem outreach.

The team focused on communicating PIVX's approach to financial privacy, staking, masternodes, governance, and decentralized participation.

Activities included educational posts, visual content, engagement with privacy-focused audiences, and an X Space on Web3 opportunities and blockchain privacy, which attracted 300+ reported attendees.

Building on this work, the team proposes a structured programme for the next phase, focused on targeted outreach, community education, and measurable user onboarding.

We are requesting 30,000 PIV to support three programme circles, with 10,000 PIV allocated to each circle. The objective is to establish a more consistent, measurable, and accountable approach to PIVX advocacy and community growth.

3. Collective Programme Value

The activities above demonstrate contributions across three complementary areas:

Education

Content and visual materials helped communicate PIVX features, including financial privacy, staking, masternodes, and governance.

Awareness and Outreach

Social media posts, relevant community discussions, and ecosystem outreach provided opportunities to introduce PIVX to audiences beyond its existing community.

Community Engagement

The hosted X Space created an opportunity to discuss Web3 opportunities and blockchain privacy with a reported audience of more than 300 attendees.

The team aims to build on these activities by connecting awareness efforts more directly to practical education and measurable onboarding.

Note: The evidence presented reflects the individual reports received. Combined reach and performance totals will only be included where reliable, non-duplicated metrics are available.

4. Next Month’s Plan — November 2026

The next phase will focus on moving beyond awareness and helping interested people understand and begin using PIVX.

Activity 1: Host One X Space

Organize one X Space focused on PIVX, financial privacy, and blockchain opportunities.

Target: One X Space hosted, with evidence of the event and available participation data.

Activity 2: KOL Community Outreach

Visit and engage with established KOL communities to introduce PIVX, explain its key features, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Target: Conduct targeted outreach and document the communities contacted, conversations held, and follow-up opportunities.

Activity 3: Onboard at Least 20 New Users

Support at least 20 interested community members with PIVX wallet setup and introductory education on how staking works.

Training may cover:

- PIVX wallet setup and basic use.
- Wallet security and seed phrase protection.
- An introduction to PIVX staking.
- Guidance on where to find official learning resources.

Target: At least 20 people supported through wallet onboarding, with progress documented. Wallet creation and staking participation will be tracked separately.

Activity 4: Performance Tracking and Reporting

Maintain records of content, graphics, outreach, training activities, and onboarding results.

Target: Submit evidence-backed reports that distinguish completed activities from planned work and report available results accurately.

5. Funding Request

Request: 30,000 PIV

We are requesting funding for three programme circles, with 10,000 PIV requested per circle.

Programme allocation| Requested amount
Circle 1| 10,000 PIV
Circle 2| 10,000 PIV
Circle 3| 10,000 PIV
Total requested| 30,000 PIV

The requested support is intended to help the ambassador programme operate more consistently, deliver its planned outreach and educational activities, and establish measurable results.

Funding allocation and accountability: The final submission should include a clear description of each circle's planned activities, responsibilities, and proposed use of funds. Each circle's delivery should be tracked against its objectives, with supporting evidence included in programme reports.

6. Accountability and Measurement

The team will document its work through available evidence and regular reporting.

Reporting will cover:

- PIVX-related posts and content samples.
- Graphics and educational materials produced.
- Available impressions and engagement metrics.
- Outreach and community activities.
- X Space events and available attendance data.
- Wallet onboarding and staking education progress.
- Evidence of completed activities and progress against targets.

Where metrics are unavailable, the report will state this clearly rather than estimate or invent results.

The aim is to make the programme's work transparent, measurable, and easier to evaluate.

7. Looking Ahead: This Is Just the Beginning

This is only the beginning of what we aim to achieve.

Our long-term vision is to expand PIVX awareness into more communities through targeted outreach, strategic collaborations, and impactful campaigns that introduce PIVX to new audiences.

We intend to build on the foundation established through our current activities and develop campaigns that can extend PIVX's reach beyond our existing audience.

With the right support, consistent execution, and a sustainable programme, we believe this initiative can grow into something much bigger.

This is a start, not the finish line.

8. Conclusion

The October activities demonstrate the team's ongoing contributions to PIVX awareness, education, visual communication, and community engagement.

The proposed next phase will build on this foundation by prioritizing targeted outreach, practical education, and measurable onboarding outcomes.

We respectfully submit this funding request for consideration, with the goal of developing a more structured, accountable, and impactful PIVX Ambassador Programme.

Im a fan of what you guys are doing, id like some more structure to it however and a full ambassador programme with structured onboarding so that you can increase the size and geographical locations of your team.

For example im currently in ghana, what do I have to do to become ambassador for my region and how will you support me spreading the word and conducting activities here?

This proposal is getting a YES vote from cryptosi. And we can improve it too!

Great work. Thankyou

Adding to what we have proposed, I believe there's a lot more we can do to strengthen PIVX's visibility through creative content, educational storytelling, and consistent community engagement.

I create graphics, educational carousels, and visual content that make PIVX's features easier to understand and more appealing to a wider audience. I've also created animated AI videos to tell PIVX's story in a more engaging way. From what I've seen, this format has strong potential to capture attention and drive engagement, even on a non-premium X account.

Here's are some examples of one of the animated videos I've created:

I haven't been able to explore this approach consistently because of the cost of AI credits, but I believe it's an opportunity worth investing in. With the necessary resources, we could create more of these videos to communicate PIVX's features and vision in a way that captures attention, encourages sharing, and helps the project reach people beyond its existing community. This type of content could also be adapted for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, giving PIVX more opportunities to connect with different audiences.

What's also important to me is that, even after the Ambassador Program was discontinued and other advocates moved on, the three of us have continued showing up, creating content, engaging with the community, and contributing where we can. We haven't stopped simply because the program ended. We still believe in PIVX, and we're willing to keep putting in the work to help it grow.

With the support of this proposal, our goal is to take our social media efforts to another level, improve the quality and consistency of engagement on X, and work alongside Khan of Mana to support the official PIVX account and strengthen its presence. We also want to explore opportunities beyond X, including Instagram and LinkedIn, using platform-specific graphics, educational carousels, and animated videos to reach audiences who might not otherwise discover PIVX.

I understand that treasury funds must be allocated carefully, especially in the current market, and I believe the community deserves to see value from every proposal it supports. This isn't about feeling entitled to funding; it's about presenting what we've already been doing, the skills we bring, and what we believe we can accomplish with more structure and support.

We're asking for the opportunity to build on our existing efforts, explore new creative approaches, and demonstrate the value we can bring to PIVX through consistent work and measurable results.

We've continued pushing through changing circumstances, and we're ready to do more. I hope the community will consider giving us that opportunity. 💜

Honestly, this would be a great addition if we could get an ambassador from that region, since we don’t have one yet. We can plan how everything will work next month. I’m really happy to hear that. 😊

Do we have a presence on Facebook?

I know its probably even more popular than twitter in our part of the world. It might be a good place to get a community started?

Honestly, we don’t have an active Facebook presence at the moment. I started creating one recently, but for now, I’ve been focusing more on X and our Telegram group. I agree that Facebook could be a great place.

But I’ve seen the official PIVX handle active there.

My wife and son laughed at me when I suggested facebook in my house, they said, nobody uses facebook, only old people! :(

What do you think?
