The most likely cause is that arcetic wallet doesn't support PIVX. PIVX supported wallets are listed on the webpage. https://pivx.org/downloads

Apologies arctic wallet does support PIVX @palmtree @Yashar

There is a bug with spends in their wallet. I have informed them and they are releasing an update soon to correct it
