Motivation
Currently, tracking PIVX-funded projects happens in a fragmented manner across forums, Discord channels, GitHub, and other tools. This fragmentation limits the community’s ability to comprehensively oversee all projects, evaluate performance consistently, and act swiftly on issues.

Rationale
To address this, we propose building a Project Progress Tracker with the following features tailored to PIVX’s workflows and governance structure:

• Milestone Tracking: Dedicated pages for each project displaying key milestones, progress bars, completion percentages, and status updates.
• Real-time Updates: Live tracking of project progress and deliverables.
• Automated Alerts: Notifications for overdue tasks, scope changes, or budget deviations via in-app messaging and email.
• Visualizations: Interactive charts and graphs illustrating timelines, risk levels, and achievements.
