RedByrd — Ecosystem Growth, Business Development & Ambassador Support Proposal

Hello PIVX Community,

Thank you again for the continued opportunity to contribute to PIVX and work alongside such a passionate and resilient community.

This proposal is focused on expanding my efforts within the ecosystem to help support broader growth initiatives spanning Ambassador coordination, Marketing support, Ecosystem outreach & partnership development.

With current market conditions and treasury pressure continuing across the ecosystem, I believe it is important that we remain adaptable, efficient, and focused on initiatives that can strengthen long-term sustainability, utility, visibility, and ecosystem collaboration.

This proposal is structured around three primary areas of focus:
  • Ambassador Program Support (25%)
  • Marketing Coordination & Growth (25%)
  • Business Development & Ecosystem Expansion (50%)
The overall goal is to help strengthen communication, coordination, outreach, and initiative development between various teams, contributors, partners, Labs initiatives, and community builders throughout the ecosystem.

Overall Vision

This role is intended to complement and support existing contributors, teams, Labs initiatives, Ambassadors, and community builders while helping identify and coordinate new opportunities as they emerge.

While this proposal outlines several potential areas of contribution and support, the intention is not to promise execution of every initiative discussed. Rather, the goal is to remain adaptable and help support coordination, communication, outreach, and growth opportunities as they continue developing throughout the ecosystem.

As the ecosystem evolves, priorities and focus areas may naturally shift based on:
  • Treasury conditions
  • Development priorities
  • Community initiatives
  • Partnership opportunities
  • Emerging technologies
  • Ecosystem needs
The intention is to remain flexible and contribute where efforts can provide meaningful value and support to the broader PIVX ecosystem.

Ambassador Program Support (25%)

The Ambassador Program continues to be a strong grassroots asset within the PIVX ecosystem and is increasingly becoming a broader ecosystem support structure. I am incredibly proud of all of the members of the Program and their own personal initiatives and drive for PIVX.

This proposal is also intended to work in alignment with the recently submitted Ambassador Program proposal and broader ecosystem initiatives currently being discussed within the community:
https://forum.pivx.org/threads/ambassador-program-may-2026.2990/

Over the last several months, the Ambassador Program has continued expanding its focus toward:
  • Conversational marketing
  • Community-led outreach
  • Ecosystem initiative support
  • Product testing and onboarding
  • AI and emerging technology discussions
  • Real-world utility and adoption conversations
As treasury conditions remain tighter, efficiency, adaptability, and collaboration will remain important priorities moving forward.

Marketing Coordination & Growth (25%)

Marketing efforts throughout the ecosystem continue evolving toward more engagement-driven and conversation-focused strategies.

My involvement within this area would focus on helping support and coordinate:
  • Conversational marketing initiatives
  • Cross-platform alignment
  • Community amplification strategies
  • Ambassador marketing coordination
  • Grassroots outreach
  • Branding consistency discussions
  • Real-world storytelling and onboarding narratives
  • Event and initiative awareness
  • AI-assisted workflow exploration and efficiency
There has also been increasing focus throughout the ecosystem on:
  • X and social engagement strategies
  • Discussion-driven content
  • Founder and community-led conversations
  • Highlighting real-world utility
  • Privacy-focused discussions
  • Leveraging emerging AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency during lower treasury conditions
The goal is not to replace existing Marketing contributors, but rather align and support ongoing initiatives. AI capabilities are becoming increasingly polished and I hope we can leverage this to help streamline our initiatives.

Business Development & Ecosystem Expansion (50%)

A larger portion of this proposal is focused on helping support Business Development, ecosystem outreach, partnership exploration, and emerging initiatives across the broader PIVX ecosystem.

This includes helping support:
  • Partnership discussions and relationship-building
  • Merchant and business onboarding conversations
  • Real-world utility initiatives
  • Community-driven ecosystem growth
  • AI and emerging technology opportunities
  • Developer and builder outreach
  • Campus and educational initiatives
  • Support for Labs-related initiatives and launches
  • Exploring opportunities surrounding new applications and integrations
  • Helping bridge communication between technical and non-technical audiences
There is also growing opportunity surrounding:
  • AI agents and agentic economy discussions
  • Privacy-focused infrastructure conversations
  • Real-world crypto utility
  • Ecosystem integrations
  • Community onboarding flows
  • Emerging partnership opportunities
In addition, I have begun leveraging AI-assisted tools such as Base44 to help prototype and develop new partnership and ecosystem-focused concepts (currently locally hosted and in development). These efforts are intended to help support stronger partnership discussions, improve presentation of new initiatives, and explore scalable Business Development opportunities for the ecosystem moving forward.

I believe there is strong opportunity in helping bridge:
  • Labs initiatives
  • Community adoption
  • Marketing visibility
  • Partnership outreach
  • Business-facing communication
  • Emerging technology discussions

Current Ecosystem Environment

In response to this environment:
  • The Ambassador Program has voluntarily reduced proposal requests over multiple SuperBlocks
  • Team members have voluntarily reduced compensation percentages
  • Greater emphasis continues being placed on efficiency, coordination, collaboration, and maximizing impact with available resources
This proposal reflects that same mindset.

Rather than focusing on aggressive expansion, the goal is to help:
  • Support and strengthen existing initiatives
  • Improve ecosystem coordination
  • Increase long-term sustainability
  • Leverage community collaboration
  • Utilize AI and workflow efficiencies responsibly
  • Help position PIVX for stronger growth opportunities moving forward

Thank you.

I believe there is significant opportunity ahead if we continue adapting, collaborating, and building strategically together.

Thank you again to everyone contributing their time, ideas, leadership, development, and support toward helping move PIVX forward.

As always, I am open to any questions, comments or additional links or materials. Please reply or reach out to me directly.

Currently the Base 44 draft is animated and becoming quite polished, but is not live yet. I will attach screenshots for now. But please reach out for the link in Discord if you would like to review the draft.

Happy to see the plans to transition from a focus on the Ambassador Program to Business Development. We are in a very strange environment right now. Because of that, my suggestion is that the transition happen much faster, and you hit some early wins/deliverables ASAP.

The Ambassador Program is struggling now due to budget, but I feel it can continue on it's own. It will be a huge adjustment for them, and they will still need your high level guidance, but maybe the members not having immediate access to you, will motivate them to figure things out among themselves. ;)

Your Marketing skills are solid, but between Wams, Jeffrey and Meerkat, I think they have their areas covered off. I feel your Marketing skills are better directed to compliment your new Business Development efforts.

For Business Development, there are many many areas that you can tackle. Jeffrey focuses on Exchanges, 3rd party wallets and other crypto services, Market Makers etc. But huge swaths of opportunities exist elsewhere in Business Development as noted in your proposal.

So, what I am suggesting, is that you update your proposal to move from:

Ambassador Program 25%
Marketing Support 25%
Business Development 50%

To:

Ambassador Program 10%
Business Development 90%

Making that change now, and promoting it to get MNO feedback, gives approx 2 weeks to help the Ambassador Program transition. Also during that 2 weeks, you can firm up some target deliverables. I appreciate Business Development is a long 'Sales Cycle', but I'm hoping that what ever the plan is, that it has some initial milestones that can be hit quickly to show traction.

Looking forward to your feedback!

Hi Eric, thank you for your note.

I understand the need to adjust priorities as the coin recovers and the importance of positioning ourselves to capitalize on future opportunities.

Over the past year, we have worked hard to build a strong foundation within the Ambassador Program. I am incredibly proud of what the team has accomplished and the structure that has been established. My current focus is on transitioning the program toward a more independent operating model, encouraging greater ownership of roles, initiatives, and decision-making among team members. I believe this will be essential to creating a sustainable roadmap for the program's long-term success.

In combination with the above and with respect to Business Development, I understand the demand and importance of this role and need for quick action. I can work toward shifting my focus to approximately 90% Business Development; however, this transition will require some time to ensure continuity and stability within the Ambassador Program.

I also agree that Business Development naturally involves longer sales cycles and relationship-building efforts. Success in this area often depends on developing strategic partnerships, building trust, and creating case studies that demonstrate value and help secure future opportunities.

Given the close relationship between Business Development and Marketing, I look forward to continuing to work closely with Wams and Meerkat. A coordinated and unified approach across Business Development, Marketing, and the Ambassador Program will significantly strengthen our efforts and improve our ability to generate meaningful results.

I will do my best to provide regular updates as progress is made.

As always, I am happy to discuss further or answer any questions along the way. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
