This is not a final top-up. Testnet6 is a standing environment and it costs what it costs for as long as it runs. It phases down rather than ends: every cohort currently runs on my hardware because nobody else is on the network, and each outside participant that brings up a node is a node I can retire. The same for testing phases as they close. I expect the ask to shrink, and I would rather come back with a smaller number than pretend this is the last one.
The fleet
16 hosts, 159 PIVX instances, 145 masternodes split 45 IPv4 / 50 IPv6 / 50 Tor. Each cohort clears LLMQ minSize on its own, which is the only way to test quorum formation per address family. The chain is past block 26,000 and has run the full ladder from fresh genesis through PoW, the PoS handover at 201, every staged activation, and v6 at 5000.
145 masternodes across three address families cannot be run on one box, and the IPv6 and Tor cohorts are the entire point. Per /api/v2/mncount as of 2026-09-13, mainnet is 2,108 enabled: 318 IPv4 against 1,340 IPv6 and 446 onion, so 84.5% of the network is the part that has never been tested against v6. Fifteen servers with 47 IPv4 and 51 IPv6 is what that costs.
Chain is public at https://testnet-explorer.liquid369.wtf. Fuzzbawls, Duddino and Luke can have Grafana and shell access on request; Duddino and Luke are already provisioned. This is not a box nobody else can see into.

Monitoring, not in this ask
Prometheus, Loki, Grafana and Alertmanager share tn6-cb5 with 9 masternodes because there has never been a budget for a separate box. It reached 84% of a 290GB disk on 2026-09-21 and would have taken the monitoring and the masternodes down together. I capped log retention to buy room, which holds for now. The proper fix is a larger plan on that host or a dedicated one, roughly $10 to $17/mo. Not in the ask.
The number
20,000 PIV/cycle at $0.024/PIV, plus 50 PIV per cycle reimbursing the submission fee, same as last time. That is $1,440 against about $1,150 of hosting across the three cycles.
The gap covers the sell. PIV has to be moved to fiat to pay Contabo and OVH, and on thin books that does not fill at spot. What 60,000 actually returns:
