Unable to bind 0.0.0.0:51472 on this computer. PIVX Core is probably already running

Any help, there doesn't seem to be any recent documentation? tried restarting and re-installing PIVX Core several times. M1 mac on 12.3.1.

Getting this error after closing unable to bind window,
