Greetings PIVIANS!
My name is Wams, I aim to provide PIVX with some much needed support in their marketing efforts, I specifically aim to improve on Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin.
A little bit about my experience, I have worked everywhere from out of home advertising agencies, creative agencies as an Art Director (Latest role.) and marketed many brands and individuals including some crypto projects over the years.
I have extensive experience in creating retail marketing material for activations, campaigns and competitions, for brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi Co, Unilever, bp South Africa, Total Energies, Shell, Redbull, Kellogg's and many more.
Today I present to you my proposal for the PIVX community, I have prepared a few slides which I will include as images and a PDF for those who prefer to review it that way. (Please note the PDF is more comprehensive as I can only include 10 attachments on the thread, it is a link and I have also linked my usage of the brand).
As a concise means of explaining the below for those who are time sensitive:
- I aim to work on PIVX social presence on Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin specifically, but it has been made clear to me that efforts on Reddit and 4chan are also required.
- I aim to improve the overall look and feel of the brand appearing on these platforms in the form of content. (My efforts to manage and plan paid media will only happen in a successful 2nd cycle.)
- I aim to analyse where PIVX currently stands on these platforms with engagement and take actionable steps towards improving presentation and organic reach of each platform.
- I aim to then once a complete overhaul of the current socials mentioned are completed, to prepare a set of paid media, first a evergreen campaign to gauge the metrics of how the message is received and in the following cycle (Yet to be proposed), develop a full ad spend and campaign plan for PIVX going forward.
- I aim to volunteer my services on demand for any member of PIVX to reach out in the case that they need design packages or anything to help boost their own efforts (See slides)
- I aim to invest time and effort into engaging with the PIVX DAO and maintaining as much involvement where I am capable

1st Cycle Deliverables:
• Overhaul of proposed social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
• Revamp of content plan and implementation
of the 80/20 strategy.
• Creation of a minimum of one post per day for
the duration of the cycle.
• Analysis of current social media engagement metrics.
• Development of campaign and paid ad strategy,
including scheduling.
• Reporting on 1st cycle organic performance metrics.
• On-demand marketing and design services (see next slide).
• Preparation of content to remain one cycle ahead at all times
(creation of December 2025 content).
• Improvement of the Reddit community, 4chan ad placement,
and Facebook group ad placement (see volunteer slide).
2nd Cycle Deliverables:
• Continued scheduling of a minimum of one post per day for
the duration of the cycle.
• Presentation of paid ad strategy in preparation for rollout.
• Test ad approvals to gauge metrics, with a minimum ad spend of
$10 USD per day to start during the cycle.
• Reporting on end-of-cycle metrics for paid media and organic
reach/growth, with strategizing for the next steps.
• Continued on-demand marketing and design services
(see next slide).
• Preparation of content for the following cycle, including upcoming
campaign strategy and paid media initiatives.
• Research into Instagram channels as a viable option for one-way
communication with the newly established Instagram community.
• Continued engagement on Reddit, 4chan, and Facebook groups.

Funding:
I am requesting 2000 USD for the 1st cycle, this does not include an ad spend budget which will only commence from the potential 2nd and following cycles. The ad spend will start on 10USD per day and be adjusted according
to the amount and extent of campaigns across the aforementioned platforms I wish to work on.
