Hi everyone,

This proposal is a continuation of prior MM proposals. I will be asking for remainder of the PIVX to add to our MM funds on MEXC.
MM funds are used to cover Trading fees, Liquidity, and market making renewals.

Our current liquidity on MEXC is as follows:

1790369509256.png

Strong liquidity directly benefits the entire PIVX ecosystem by:
  • Improving order book depth and resilience
  • Tightening bid-ask spreads for better execution prices
  • Reducing slippage on larger trades
  • Supporting more stable and efficient price discovery especially for swap sites and payment gateways
  • Making PIVX more attractive to traders and new participants
You can find the previous proposal here - https://forum.pivx.org/threads/pivxmmfund11.3015/

Funding:

For this cycle I will request a total 85 400 PIVX, of which 50 PIVX will be returned to me to cover the costs of submitting this proposal.

Following up on this, @Jeffrey , as it has now been nearly 48 hours without a response.

To ensure genuine accountability across the DAO, the community needs complete clarity on how treasury liquidity is structured and managed:

1. Non-KYC Exchange Balances: Please provide the exact breakdown and current status of all funds and liquidity deployed across Non-KYC exchanges and platforms.
2. Public Treasury Wallets: All wallet addresses used for holding, custodying, or routing treasury and liquidity funds must be fully disclosed and made public so the entire community can verify them on-chain.

Decentralized governance requires that treasury-backed capital is completely transparent and verifiable by everyone in the network. Looking forward to your prompt response with the respective addresses and figures.

Status of all liqudity?

Firstly that would change by the second on organic markets. It’s free for anyone to view.

The liquditiy we control is provided in the screenshot above. Everything has been consolidated with our mm team Enflux

Funds are only held temporarily at the addresses paid in proposals then moved to Enflux or sometimes swap sites to get USDT to pay them

I’m not a custodian and only during times of peak volatility will the funds stay in the proposal address

The reason for shielded transfers is for an otc opportunity I had to sell for our market maker but that changed and funds will be moved through swap providers to pay for XT to resume functions at $6000 / 3 months

Once done details will be provided here

As of now our liquidity depth for our top exchanges stands as follows:
1791440693047.png

MEXC is the largest liquidity exchange and this is also due to the fact that it is the exchange we are providing MM on as requested by MEXC.
NonKYC relies on an AMM which any user can participate in, I privately make up +- 22% of all AMM liquidity there for PIVX/USDT.

1791440777337.png

The-5% / +5% liquidity is also stronger on MEXC a testimony to our MM by Enflux.

The goal would be to grow our existing liquidity there by atleast 3x to sustain better trading and to keep spreads below 1%

WEEX is an aggregator so it is using liquidity from other exchanges.

1791440884914.png

Our liquidity balance as shown above is also skewed toward USDT this is due to recent flash dumps and then fast buys. We need more PIVX on the exchange. Funds in there are used to cover MEXC market making, trading fees, fees to cover market making paid to Enflux. Account and balances all custodial by Enflux.

I am providing 72% of the liquidity there. That's a total of 94%.

Earlier, @MrAli stated:
We stepped up with substantial private capital, our own USDT on NonKYC

I do not recall seeing that, and it has been just @Jeffrey and I there for quite some time. It must be that @MrAli removed his USDT, before I added mine, because 6% is not substantial. It would be great if many PIVians can all contribute to the liquidity pool there. This way, the Market Makers can focus on providing liquidity on exchanges that do not have an AMM/Liquidity Pool for individuals to participate in. There is no need for other PIVians to report out what support they are providing. Anyone with an account there can see the liquidity pool total balance. Looking forward to see my contribution percentage dropping. That means other(s) are participating too.

Firstly that would change by the second on organic markets. It’s free for anyone to view.

I just asked ChatGPT; "Please analyse the liquidity for PIVX on MEXC." and got an incredibly detailed answer. So, the data is indeed transparent for everyone to view. The response also clearly explains that organic trading changes the numbers fast and often.

Thank you for providing the breakdown and the Enflux dashboard screenshot, Jeffrey.

Just to clarify: Does the bottom dashboard (showing $25.3K Total Balance / $21.2K USDT / $4.04K PIVX) represent your MM liquidity specifically on MEXC, or is this an aggregated view covering all three exchanges (MEXC, NonKYC, WEEX)?

Also, could you clarify whether Enflux operates active market-making orderbooks on NonKYC as well, or if NonKYC operations are solely based on the community AMM pool mentioned?

Speaking of transparency and dedicated efforts for PIVX, there is an important elephant in the room that the DAO and the community deserve clarity on.

In multiple proposals and private communications, it has been stated that managing PIVX Business Development, Exchange Relations, and Market Making is a full-time commitment justifying significant monthly treasury allocations (e.g., 45,000 PIVX for BizDev, 45,000 PIVX for Marketing, plus monthly MM funds).

However, public records show that key leads are actively operating an outside digital agency:
👉Redacted

Both redacted and redacted are listed as core leaders/directors of redacted. This raises serious governance questions:

1. How can a paid 'full-time' commitment to PIVX Business Development be reconciled with running and directing an active outside digital marketing agency?
2. Over the past year, PIVX suffered devastating exchange losses—most notably the Binance delisting, as well as CoinEx and other liquidity venues. Many in the community have raised concerns that these critical partnerships were lost due to a lack of dedicated time, delayed response times, and divided focus. @Jeffrey

When treasury funds are allocated on the premise of 100% full-time dedication to PIVX growth and exchange survival, the community deserves to know how much time is actually being spent on PIVX versus outside client business. @Jeffrey

Thank you for sharing your perspective, Eric. However, it is essential to clearly distinguish between voluntary private support and funded DAO obligations:

1. No Treasury Obligation:

Our proposal was closed and we did not take a single PIVX from the treasury. What we provided on NonKYC was 100% our own private capital out of goodwill, without requesting the community to fund us. A private contributor has zero obligation to keep personal funds locked indefinitely or report ongoing personal positions.
In contrast, the Market Making proposal takes 85,400 PIVX every single month from public DAO funds. That is precisely why accountability, transparent reporting, and active orderbooks are expected from funded proposals, not from private volunteers.

2. Why We Stepped Back:
We deployed substantial USDT to support the market when liquidity dried up. However, we withdrew our private liquidity when we observed concerning dynamics—including massive masternode accumulation (such as 91 nodes being set up around Jeffrey), shifting agendas, and a funded MM team that seemed reluctant to provide real depth themselves. Private capital is meant to support the ecosystem, not to serve as a backstop for funded entities that aren't deploying the resources they're paid for.

3. The Reality of the Numbers:
Your own screenshot shows that your 71.95% share equals $4,167 USDT. This means the entire USDT pool on NonKYC is only approximately $5,790.
Dismissing a 6% share on a pool of that size misses the real question: Why is the entire liquidity pool on NonKYC barely $5,800 total, when hundreds of thousands of PIVX have been voted and allocated from the treasury for market making over the past cycles?

If the funded MM operation actually deployed the treasury resources it receives, community members wouldn't need to risk their own personal funds just to keep basic trading pairs alive."

Firstly no proposal means full time. If it were full time I would be asking for 13000 USD minimum per month as that is the going rate for people in this industry. I already give most of my day to PIVX. You are completely new here so feel free to ask actual Pivians to verify that data

proposals do not prevent anyone from working elsewhere. You need to learn how the governance system works instead of using your masternodes as an attack vector, none of this is positive for the project

Also coinex delisting never happened, coinex is shutting dowN

Binance is anti privacy and @Liquid369 can confirm their reasons for delisting has nothing to do with individual staff members but rather vague reasons around market conditions

Once again you can find any established Pivian that refutes my claims or my dedication. It seems you are the only one since your proposal which has nothing to do with me was downvoted

The only Mm we use as the PIVX DAO is Enflux which does exclusively on MEXC as stated before.

also doxxing is not allowed here. This is your first and last warning. Continuing to dox any user will lead to a permanent ban.

Hi Mr Ali, hope you are well sir

Please take your time to read this I understand your concerns, and as a Masternode owner you deserve transparency not stories.

Just so you understand the reason for that, is that firstly in the last 8months or so we as funded members recieved less than 1/4 our agreed upon salaries due to the on going turmoil economically in the middle East and greater world.

As that happens, myself and Jeff had to supplement income in order to pay bills as we all do, unfortunately even if I put 100% of my work hours in Pivx during this time it would change the need to pay for rent, food and so on, I'm sure you can respect that in the digital age people have multiple vocations, as pivx isn't and was never intended to be a formal full time job, the agreement I have with my proposals is to fulfill a list of agreed upon tasks which I reach, which is reach and growth of social media / marketing within pivx.

Surely you can understand that a business man expands his opportunities and doesn't put all his eggs into one basket? As an investor you can respect that perhaps our other work can further aid pivx through expansion of what we can delegate and expand on our own project (hiring etc)

So if you could please sympathize with our plight and understand if the conditions were perfect we could have just been able to work on Pivx full time and survive, however to avoid debt and starvation, we had to come up with other plans.

I literally have been working until 1-2AM every other night because I cannot put all my eggs into one basket, I know you understand this, in 2026 until you have full time guaranteed employment - it's not wise to only have that available to you,

There is no clause within Pivx to state if additional or extra work can or cannot be done, we are under no contracts, NDAs or the likes, as that's the nature of the DAO, we essentially are expanding our capabilities so that we can further our responsibility within all the projects we participate in, to insure stability.

This is a DAO, and how I see it, is if you're effective, list and perform / deliver what you promise, own up when you screen up and adjust then so long as you meet the agreements within the proposals, what you do in your extra capacity is up to you?

I wouldn't hold you as an investor to put all of your money into just pivx, in the same way we, potentially getting 1/4 of our salaries cannot rely on the security of pivx , however Jeff for example had in past (if you ask other DAO members) has been with pivx for the better part of a decade he has spent countless hours dealing with partners, his contacts, listings and so on , me and him are often up at 1-2am supplementing our income and he's MOST OFTEN working on Pivx solutions and resolving issues within BD and MM etc

I know you haven't recieved the best welcome here in pivx, however I ask please for your patience and oversight into seeing that we all are working in our own lives to make a future possible.

You can't blame us for supplementing our income, I worked full time as an art director before I came to pivx , and now the salary is dependent on how the DAO collaborates, the markets perform and the greater economy and geopolitical game effects crypto.

If you got this far thanks for reading and please consider seeing it not from a "we are spending time funding another business on pivxs dime" (basically a website cost it all it costs us) vs we are working hard to stay with pivx because 3/4 of our expenses are not a guarantee.

Thanks

-Wamiq Majothi

I will now be part time PIVX and even so the rate I’m asking for is well below the amount
The timeline and facts speak for themselves, and they leave no room for debate regarding transparency:

1. Explicit 'Full-Time' Treasury Funding:

In your official proposal, you explicitly stated:
'which will be used to fund my position as a full time staff member in PIVX as the business development manager.'
The community voted and allocated 45,000 PIVX every cycle based strictly on this premise of 100% full-time dedication to PIVX.

2. The 4-Month Timeline of Redacted:
Public registry records confirm that Redacted was officially registered and established 4 months ago (June 2026), with you (Redacted) and Redacted operating as core directors and leads. You even have the PIVX Forum listed directly in your agency's private portfolio.

Running and directing an active commercial digital agency while taking full-time staff salary from the DAO Treasury over the exact same period is a clear and undeniable conflict of interest.

There is no debate here: the DAO was told this was a full-time commitment, but your attention, time, and business focus have been actively split for months. The community simply deserved honesty from the beginning.

Well, @MrAli you clearly understood that people are WAY WAY underpaid here, and have other 'side jobs', when you stated;

the developers aren't earning enough to cover their living expenses and are forced to juggle multiple side jobs.

But, now you act surprised? Not cool.

Rather than respect that people are making huge sacrifices here, and being thankful for all the extra hours essentially volunteered to move PIVX forward, you attack. How exactly does that move PIVX forward? You demand respect, yet you fail to give it where it is so well deserved.

I know for a fact, that EVERYONE here has something else on the go. This is to be expected, and there is nothing wrong with that. Just realize that the ONLY reason people are contributing here, is because they believe in the PIVX Mission. You can NOT replace such highly skilled and talented people at these rates and they certainly won't understand the PIVX Mission, let alone support it.

You actions raise serious governance concerns. Do better please.

Nope. Nothing wrong with working tons of hours on PIVX, and more hours elsewhere.

Again - your logic is that people stop paying rent and stop eating. How exactly does that work?
