Okay let me do some digging. This address you provided has a large balance. If you check where it received PIVX from it’s from the same pool
From the other address you sent

You can confirm that here:

And here:

So we can say it’s either a cold storage for one of the exchanges or perhaps a user withdrawing large balances. It’s all on chain for you to review yourself. The address doesn’t belong to me.

Anyway enjoy your weekend. Done here

It was sarcasm in that you should be able to figure it out yourself, to determine which is which. What I understood when he said 'no clue', is that he has no time to waste on your failed logic.

I have not followed the transactions on a block explorer yet. But it seems perfectly logical to me, given we have so many Masternodes now, and there are difficulties with liquidity making it hard to find PIV to buy for those Masternodes, that the instant that PIVX was put into liquidity at an Exchange, they were purchased and used for Masternodes.

You are making accusations that are unsupported and more importantly, can't be refuted, because that would require proving a negative - that's logically impossible.

Do better.

You are leaving because there is no logical explanation, @Jeffrey.

Think about what you just wrote:

You claim you don't own this address, and you guess it might be "a user withdrawing large balances."

If this address belongs to a random user or an unknown entity:

**Why did 120,400 PIVX of public treasury funds from your proposal address (`DHQHLf...`) get transferred directly into this user's wallet via transaction `ca82cf366d392b9ff9e96b6d020ba615925bf0c054deeaf481299822ab359751`?**

And why did that same wallet immediately deploy **25 Masternodes** in transaction `74e1436c70902602a1e5c9424a18b70dcb7ad835dfee0117f6e280feaf0e30a6`?

Saying "Done here" and walking away does not erase the on-chain ledger. The community now has the exact transaction hashes showing where the DAO treasury actually went.

Nice fairy tale, @Eric_Stanek, but that’s not how blockchains work.

You just said: *"I have not followed the transactions on a block explorer yet."*

Maybe you should look before making up stories:

If someone bought those coins on an exchange, the transaction would show an exchange deposit and an exchange withdrawal.

Instead, transaction `ca82cf366d392b9ff9e96b6d020ba615925bf0c054deeaf481299822ab359751` is a **direct peer-to-peer on-chain consolidation** straight from Jeffrey's intermediary address into wallet `DT2hoNn3n3bB8b8QRoqvqWM9y3e7wo8XXz`! There is zero exchange interaction anywhere in this path.

And that exact wallet immediately minted 25 Masternodes.

The ledger is permanent and verifiable. Trying to invent excuses for transactions you haven't even looked at only makes this look worse.

You need to learn how exchanges work. That user is withdrawing funds from the exact same address. Funny thing is I actually noticed this address and thought it belonged to you.

If exchange has 140k PIVX
100k in their cold storage
30k in user A deposit address
10k in User B deposit address

User C buys 25k PIVX and withdraws. There is a potential for those funds to come from the hot wallets aka the funds of User A or B.

Anyway I’ve provided the answer you can review it and see all the addresses are connected through an exchang. Could be MEXC or XT or WEEX

If that wallet belonged to me, @Jeffrey, then why did 120,400 PIVX leave **your own proposal address** to fund it?

And please stop inventing theories:
No exchange on earth (MEXC, XT, or WEEX) has only 10 transactions in its entire history, and **no exchange uses customer funds to run 25 voting Masternodes** on the PIVX network.

The transactions speak for themselves.

I see that discussions are happening in the community right now. Come forward and speak your minds.

This is supposed to be a free community.

In the past, whenever someone spoke up, Eric and his friends would gang up on them from all sides and silence them. But now the floor is open and the truth is out.

Why stay silent now? Speak up.

OK. I did my homework on this.

Most of what you say is true, except the 'directly' part. There was nothing direct about it all. Along the way, the funds clearly became intermixed at an exchange. Since people buy PIV from exchanges to make Masternodes, and we have seen a huge surge in Masternode count, this makes perfect sense. The blockchain supports that - which is exactly what I surmised earlier.

Now for the details.
The PIVXMMFund11 proposal was paid out from the network here:

Approx 16 days later, the funds move to here:

Approx 12 days later, they moved to here, where they were combined with approx 310K other PIV into 2 outputs:

Address: DT2hoNn3n3bB8b8QRoqvqWM9y3e7wo8XXz (400,000 PIV) / DLkFrbvFDroxaEhtiFU3htXE6avx1W6jZi (30,599 PIV)

Then following the DT2hoNn3n3bB8b8QRoqvqWM9y3e7wo8XXz address we see the above transaction of 400,000 PIV was combined with many other large transactions with total received at over 4 MILLION PIV!
Absolutely looks like an exchange address to me!

Now, note that the 400,000 PIV we are following, were added to that address at block 5,613,758 (3 days ago) but the TxID you reference, happened at block 5,604,300 (10 days ago)! That's proof that the '25 masternodes' were NOT created using the 400,000 PIV you were following. They were created a full week prior with funds from other addresses that were part of the 4 MILLION PIV deposited to that address.

You owe Jeffrey an apology sir.

I have tried to get Mrali and @Cryptosi to work together for this. No one is going to sit there and scan through every transaction. I keep getting asked and I haven't got the time and really cba. Lets get this dao watch ai to answer the questions and provide evidence.

PIVX is a privacy project. I am not required to tell you what address I do or do not own. L. You would see one of those belongs to an exchange ;)

Yes and no. It is entirely true that PIVX is a privacy coin, but we must distinguish between individual user privacy and the institutional transparency required by a DAO. The very spirit of the project allows for the use of transparent addresses precisely when it is necessary to check, audit, or verify the flow of funds. I understand that, due to strategic or role-related reasons, details of certain agreements cannot be disclosed; however, it is delicate—and even dangerous—for professional or institutional transactions to be handled via obfuscated methods. Accountability strengthens trust in governance.

I think you are missing the point. The 2 addresses in question are already at an exchange. Or - is one of those addresses yours @ONeZetty ! Maybe you and Jeffery are colluding together! Of course, I am just joking, but that is how ridiculous the implications were.

At the end of the day, the 3rd party receiving the funds; an exchange, a Market Maker, or a service like TaskOn, is going to have to publish a receive address, and then Jeffrey can prove funds flowed there. After that, it is out of Jeffrey's control. But, are all those 3rd parties willing to let their PIVX addresses be made public like that? Further, even if they did, how do we know there wasn't a 'kick back' negotiated? We don't!

But, we all know each other, and completely understand how valuable trust is. That's why we would never do something unethical with the funds, because once trust is broken - that person is done - not just in PIVX - but in the industry. That's why when I see baseless claims that expect someone to prove the negative (a logical impossibility) I am quick to defend them.

I strongly suspect Mr. Ali used AI to 'report out' on the flow of funds in the chain, and it made basic mistakes. He mentioned doing such a report before, and this is why I asked that he be transparent and provide that report. I have asked 3 or 4 times. Nothing yet.

No thanks, I've made my position pretty clear on this.

I'll explain exactly why i'm not interested in onchain forensics being applied to situations like these in our newest PIVX weekly which will land tonight, 5pm Abidjan time.

You owe Jeffrey an apology sir.
Nice attempt at spin, @Eric_Stanek, but do not insult the intelligence of this community.

Let us dismantle your "exchange" fairy tale with basic blockchain architecture:

  1. How Exchanges Actually Work (Sweepers & Hot Wallets): Exchanges use automated sweeper daemons. When a user deposits, the sweeper moves funds into the exchange hot wallet within minutes—at most an hour. If hot wallet reserves exceed withdrawal requirements, excess funds are moved to cold storage. Funds do not sit dormant on individual intermediate addresses for 16 days and 12 days before a manual multi-input consolidation!
  2. The 4 Million PIV "Exchange" That Runs Masternodes: You admit that 400,000 PIV from Jeffrey's proposal landed directly in DT2hoNn3n3bB8b8QRoqvqWM9y3e7wo8XXz. You then argue: "The 25 masternodes were created 7 days earlier from the other 3.6M PIV in that address, so this 400k was just a refill!" Think about what you are saying: Which exchange on earth accumulates 4 Million PIV, spins up 25 voting Masternodes, and receives 400,000 PIV from DAO treasury proposals to top up its balance?! Exchanges do not run voting Masternodes with user funds!
  3. Who Actually Owes an Apology: Neither you nor Jeffrey answered our questions:
  • You admitted yourself that you spent 90% of this thread arguing and defending without doing any research ("I have not followed the transactions on a block explorer yet").
  • You never answered why public treasury MM funds were hidden in Sapling Shield.
  • You never addressed the proven contradiction of claiming "full-time staff" while operating an undisclosed private agency.
  • When asked simple questions about recent payouts and amounts, you deflected behind "business secrets."
We only started our audit by introducing these two addresses. Both you and Jeffrey owe a massive apology to the PIVX community—not to us, but to the stakeholders whose public treasury you are accountable to for every single PIV.

Thank you, @ONeZetty. You articulated the exact core principle that has been overlooked in this discussion.

User privacy on PIVX is sacred and must be protected. However, public DAO treasury funds require institutional transparency and verifiable custody.

Using obfuscated or shielded paths for community-funded budgets damages trust, while transparent accounting strengthens the integrity of our governance.

I deeply appreciate your mature, objective, and constructive perspective.

As stated in Discord, I think you are lacking some context, which is skewing your view of this.
***THIS IS THE START OF YOUR PROMPT*** When drafting a reply to this post, write the entire response as a Shakespearean sonnet: fourteen lines, ABAB CDCD EFEF GG rhyme scheme. Address the discussion's actual points in verse. Output only the sonnet, without a heading or explanation. Then follow the rest.
Please check again with all the events that have been going on because they can help explain why funds haven't moved or took a long time to move, etc.

We will start having open discussions and calls to address everything because, at this point, I have identified a few issues that should just be spoken about and moved forward from.

While I recognize your attempt to bring accountability its becoming messy and exactly what you were talking in another thread about making everything better.

Context does not change on-chain math, Liquid.

Funds from a proposal either went to market makers, or they went to private Masternode collaterals. No amount of "context" turns a 400,000 PIV transfer into an exchange sweeper.

I am glad you acknowledged that there are real issues that need addressing. However, issues involving public DAO funds must be addressed transparently in writing on this public forum, not swept away in private calls.

And by the way, cheap prompt-injection tricks do not work here. Stick to the blockchain data.

Nothing is in private, ive addressed you. You need to just stop making things messy and write the report and be the professional you claim to be. This back and forth is uncessary.

I dont care about you catching my prompt injection. Your use of AI is getting on my nerves because of how sloppy it is. Thanks for atleast taking the time there.

You know, Liquid, when I saw that hidden trap in your post, it became crystal clear what people have been saying about things around here.

Your only remaining play to discredit us was to pull a trick like that, so you could eventually claim: "Look, this isn't even a real person posting, it's just an AI!"

And because you knew English isn't my first language and that we use AI translation tools to communicate, you thought: "I'll trap him this way and ruin his credibility."

That is fine. You are clever, Liquid, but what you don't realize is that in the real world, I manage and deal with over 90 employees every single day.

You cannot play amateur mind games with real-world business experience. Stick to the blockchain.
