You are leaving because there is no logical explanation,
@Jeffrey.
Think about what you just wrote:
You claim you don't own this address, and you guess it might be "a user withdrawing large balances."
If this address belongs to a random user or an unknown entity:
**Why did 120,400 PIVX of public treasury funds from your proposal address (`DHQHLf...`) get transferred directly into this user's wallet via transaction `ca82cf366d392b9ff9e96b6d020ba615925bf0c054deeaf481299822ab359751`?**
And why did that same wallet immediately deploy **25 Masternodes** in transaction `74e1436c70902602a1e5c9424a18b70dcb7ad835dfee0117f6e280feaf0e30a6`?
Saying "Done here" and walking away does not erase the on-chain ledger. The community now has the exact transaction hashes showing where the DAO treasury actually went.
OK. I did my homework on this.
Most of what you say is true, except the 'directly' part. There was nothing direct about it all. Along the way, the funds clearly became intermixed at an exchange. Since people buy PIV from exchanges to make Masternodes, and we have seen a huge surge in Masternode count, this makes perfect sense. The blockchain supports that - which is exactly what I surmised earlier.
Now for the details.
The PIVXMMFund11 proposal was paid out from the network here:

Approx 16 days later, the funds move to here:

Approx 12 days later, they moved to here, where they were combined with approx 310K other PIV into 2 outputs:
Address: DT2hoNn3n3bB8b8QRoqvqWM9y3e7wo8XXz (400,000 PIV) / DLkFrbvFDroxaEhtiFU3htXE6avx1W6jZi (30,599 PIV)

Then following the DT2hoNn3n3bB8b8QRoqvqWM9y3e7wo8XXz address we see the above transaction of 400,000 PIV was
combined with many other large transactions with total received at over 4 MILLION PIV!
Absolutely looks like an exchange address to me!
Now, note that the 400,000 PIV we are following, were added to that address at block 5,613,758 (3 days ago) but the TxID you reference, happened at block 5,604,300 (10 days ago)! That's proof that the '25 masternodes' were NOT created using the 400,000 PIV you were following. They were created a full week prior with funds from other addresses that were part of the 4 MILLION PIV deposited to that address.
