This is a continuation from my prior proposal. I have chosen to submit it for 3 cycles this time. As always, if the PIVX price goes up more than what I am asking for I will put most of the extra funding in a pool to go towards community giveaways, and tips/rewards towards supportive followers on socials.

Repeated Work Tasks Each Cycle:
-
Replying to messages on Twitter/Instagram/Discord, PIVX.org contact emails, and [email protected].
-Requesting articles from writer(s) when events or need of new material arises. Proof reading articles and all blogs prior to then publishing them on PIVX.org and posting on socials.
-Work with PIVX's graphic designer and community designers on new graphics for PIVX events, AMAs, updates and announcements.
-As Social Media lead to all social managers and social team, I gather our amazing social team together to help with PIVX promotions/announcements and having graphics ready for them should they choose to do their own posts.
-Complete monthly update form for Binance.
-Work with PIVX labs, Palm Tree (PIVX toolbox), ZKbitcoin (explorer), and a few other team and community members on a regular basis to keep updated so that promotions and articles are planned ahead of time.
-Help keep PIVX.org and Discord updated.
-Content creating for official social accounts. (Research trends on socials and other like minded accounts. Content creating consists of coming up with ideas for graphics, and creating relevant copy, to accompany marketing promotions.
-Social Media lead to PIVX official Twitter, PIVXcommunity Twitter, PIVX official IG and official Medium account. Please note that the 3 separate accounts have different ways to provide content thus one can't just copy and paste between the 3.
-Retweeting/reposting and supporting followers on social media.
-Being a PIVX Aunty to over 2k nephews around the world.
-PIVX team and members cheerleader in PIVX Discord. ;)


Accomplishments Completed This Past Cycle:
-
Organized a follow-up Twitter Spaces with Particl, BasicSwapDEX and yenachar (PIVX DEX specialist). To be held on March 10th, 14:30 pm EST.
-Researched paid advertising on IG to coincide with PIVX update Video in April. We postponed the video so that all of MPW upgrades and possible v6.0 can be mentioned in it, along with the other milestones of late.
-Started PIVX Medium social account again which was promoted on all socials. This will be a useful account to post to for blogs, PIVX events and update announcements.
-Working with PIVXlabs and Shorn on a new marketing series when MPW update is completed, promoting pre-hype social posts in the meantime. Plan for voice chat 2nd week of March with Shorn and JSKitty.
-PIVX.org analytics; Google SEO specialist to set up new analytics with tuorial for PIVX marketing team at my request later this month.
-Ongoing work with cryptowallet.com representatives in a collaboration with PIVX, and now with Jeffrey.
-Organizing a PIVX Twitter spaces about DAOs with PIVX advisor Hans Koning and CryptoSi to host a Twitter Spaces regarding DAOs. Plans to be hosted March 26th. (Tentative date)
-Working with https://www.youtube.com/c/AChainofBlocks in preparation for upcoming PIVX YouTube video. ( 3 short videos to be integrated into Jay's video and 1 YouTube short video for PIVX official YouTube and Tik/Tok and Instagram. These videos will be promoted on all PIVX socials along with a paid advert on Instagram. Proposal to be completed.
-PIVXcommunity creative contest. Reward of 150 PIV given.
-Worked with Sandude, PIVXlabs new writer. They are creating a blog containing news from PIVXlabs and PIVX core and community to be published monthly.

Outcomes:

-Examples shown are not "just a tweet or post" but an example of the content I created, of working with the graphic designer to have a graphic created, of writing copy, and then analyzing the best times/dates to promote. Then posting/tweeting to official PIVX social accounts while making sure the social team has the correct links and graphics to help promote.

-While the graphic in this social was created and thought of in PIVXlabs, I wrote the plain and simple copy. This short quote was used to reflect the future MPW mobile update while using a "less is more" strategy with simple words.


-Twitter polls created 3-4 times a month to help PIVX core team with knowing what PIVX's community is happy with, and what they feel we need to work on. Subjects vary, polls are a learning tool for myself, social media lead in knowing what PIVX's community wants to be updated on. Polls are a helpful tool for the PIVX core team as well.


-Supporting community members, projects PIVX have a relationship with, and community developers, by bragging about their efforts when completing a project that showcases PIVX.





Upcoming tasks, goals and plans:

Co-host the 2nd Twitter Spaces with yenachar, CryptoGuard (BasicSwap) and Joskye (Particl) Subject, Privacy.
-Co-host the 3rd Twitter Spaces with Hans Koning from PIVX and CryptoSi, DAO tutorial video author.
-Finalize PIVX YouTube influencer video that will highlight reward increase, v5.5 and v.6.0, MPW v2.0 (Mobile, UI/UX)
-Voice chat with JSKitty PIVXlabs lead and Shorn, PIVX official Graphic Designer to prepare for marketing series for MPW v2.0
-Spring PIVXcommunity contest, late March.
-Work with Sandude (PIVX labs writer) by creating promotion material to accompany the new PIVX monthly report, soon to be launched.
-Work with Shorn to create marketing strategy for MPW v2.0.

-Fee breakdown:
Paid hours: 20 hours a week/ 80 hours a cycle = $2000 CAD.
Quote of PIV above reflects payment in USD. (calculated on www.XE.com. )
Volunteer hours: 20 to 30 hours a week/ 80 to 120 hours a cycle.
Total hours paid and volunteer per cycle: 160 - 240 hours a cycle.

-Continuing to work with and help finalize PIVX YouTube influencer video that will highlight reward increase, v5.5 and v.6.0, MPW v2.0 (Mobile, UI/UX)
-Organized a successful Spring PIVXcommunity contest. The PIVX community submitted Privacy quotes which were rewarded 50 PIV if quote was chosen. Rules were that credit will be given to community members on socials that entered a quote. 8 quotes were chosen and 350/400 PIV received from the slush fund were dispersed. @qtez created 8 graphics from the quotes to fulfill his proposal obligations within the first 2 days of which we will be promoting over the next 7 weeks. First real community project in a while!
-Worked a little with Sandude (PIVX labs writer) by creating promotion material to accompany the new PIVX Blockchain monthly report.
-Working more with PIVI, PIVX's Discord AI bot of which I added to the creative channel to enhance technical tweets and posts. With JSKItty's (@PIVX Labs) mentoring I am using it more and will continue to. This enables me to go into GitHub, grab the PRs and create understandable content for tweets/posts.
-Researched more about Twitter algos and starting to implement the new rules so PIVX official account can be seen more. eg. Finding like minded communities and joining their circles, filling out profile spotlights...


Tweet requesting privacy quotes = Community involvement and acknowledging their efforts in the 8 quotes that will be promoted. Acknowledging and giving credit to the community members has shown success in that they tend to stay around and help promote PIVX more on socials. Win/Win

This was one of a few announcements in promoting one of the Twitter spaces events. It shows that 109 people listened into it but I think it was more like 30. Still a good audience considering we've only started these events.

Updating old PIVX graphics with the help of community designers to then promote.
-
Updating the community on socials so they can see that the PIVX budget increase is making it possible for more proposals which are bringing in new, exciting ways that PIVX will be growing.
-
At times when I and others see comments about PIVX in Discord, I will, with the permission of the author of the comment, promote it on socials.

Please note: Twitter states that a ratio of 1% or more is EXCELLENT. Below please see the past 28 days (Count back from April 5th) engagement rate. For example, One can't see 40 likes and deem that as not good when they haven't looked at the total amount of followers of the accounts they are looking at. Binance has over 10 million followers, some of their tweets receive over 1000 likes vs PIVX with 69,000 followers and generally receiving 30-50 likes per tweet. Total engagements in a day/Total followers = average %.

Thank you! I am working on sending requests to other like minded projects in hopes they can join as guests or co-hosts. If you have someone in mind for the next DAO Twitter event let me know. :)
 
2/3 Along with the Repeated Work Tasks Each Cycle, (please see beginning of proposal above) this past cycle's work included:

- Started to reach out to other DAO projects in regards to co-hosting Twitter Space Event with Hans Koning and CryptoSi. This list is shown on CoinGecko.
- Privacy Twitter Space event with BasicSWAP and Partcl will resume late May.
- Created the Meet the PIVX Team series. Fellow team members replied to questions that are added to each member's profile in a weekly tweet/post. It has been shown that when a project shows their team in a human light that trust between the member and project grows.
- Created and posted PIVX Development updates and support PIVX labs updates by retweeting.
- Approx. 4 hours spent on new report requested by Binance to keep them updated on PIVX.
- Polls created every 7-10 days to encourage engagement.
- Working with Jeffrey and Shorn with promoting of exchange listings. Reaching out to exchanges to encourage engagement on socials when promotions are listed as well as cross-promoting.
- Supporting CryptoSi's DAO watch videos on socials where he analyzes DAO project proposals, PIVX being his favourite.
- Working with graphic designers and community member Qtez in making sure we have sufficient graphics for socials and for members/followers to use.
- Thought of and created copy for a new series called "New To Crypto?" with 5 crypto tips. Graphics created by Hawtch.
- The community project QOTD on privacy is now being promoted.
- Completed sending information to achainofblocks crypto influencer. I've been available when he has needed information, keeping updated a few times weekly while script and video is planned. Achainofblocks has created 1 integrated video out of the 3 so far, that were commissioned to be shown on YouTube. The first video resulted in 59K views as of this writing. (published April 20th) Breakdown of metrics are shown below with image. 3 integrated videos will be edited into 1 YouTube short so we can promote on other socials. I hope to put the PIVX YouTube short on Instagram as a paid advert.
- Working on a publishers list to get PIVX articles out in mainstream via paid advertising.
- Created content for 80- 85% of all tweets/posts this past cycle.
-Continuing to game the new Twitter and Instagram Algos to see what works best then compare with metrics on Twitter/Instagram/Medium. Researching to see if a verified Twitter account would be beneficial to PIVX in a marketing aspect. So far most information is showing that if we paid for this service, our Twitter experience woudn't be as frustrating as they will reinstate certain benefits that were once free but in a marketing sense, I still haven't seen any benefits. Feel free to correct me if I am missing anything on this topic.
-Created one community contest.


Please note that Examples of Tweets shown below aren't " just Tweets", but instead also consist of time spent planning content, working with other members and their requests to make sure topic will be promoted to their liking, working with designers to get graphics created, looking at metrics to see best time to promote if the tweet/post isn't due asap. Working with the community and followers of social accounts in seeing their interests/likes and what piques their curiosity. Encouraging engagement after post/tweets are published by making comments or replying to comments.

- PIVX's first Integrated video. Didn't do well promoting on Twitter but did well on YouTube. Hard to promote an integrated video as you are hoping your audience will watch most of the other video as well so your metrics increase, it will be easier when they are edited into a YouTube Short.

PIVX Twitter Engagement rate: 4.6% . Tweets (43 in total over 28 days) have increased, yet impressions and profile visits decreased approx. . Price, SEC threats on crypto, and crypto being shown in a poor light in media, are all factors as to why metrics are down and down for most other projects.
