Active PIVXMMFund12

As mentioned by Wams and Eric we need to
Supplement our income.
You can also verify with any official Pivian that I am active and working sometimes from 9 am all the way past midnight. My hours have never been questioned and I always give much more than what is minimum. With that in mind I am severely underpaid and overworked. I am indeed full time.

Someone can be working 4 full time jobs and as long as they give their commitments to their proposal then everything is perfect

please do let me know though in which area any of my tasks are lacking so I can focus on that area. You’re welcome to your opinion @MrAli but be constructive so we can build on it

Re:

Nope. Nothing wrong with working tons of hours on PIVX, and more hours elsewhere.

Again - your logic is that people stop paying rent and stop eating. How exactly does that work?
We have an old saying: 'Once someone tells a lie, they are forced to keep lying to cover it up.'

Let’s not deflect the conversation with strawman arguments about people not paying rent or starving. Nobody is saying people shouldn't make a living.

This is entirely about HONESTY and INTEGRITY towards the DAO:

• The company (Little Hat Digital) was registered 4 months ago (June).
• The proposal was submitted 3 months ago (July).
• In that proposal, it was explicitly written: 'to fund my position as a full time staff member in PIVX.'

If having an outside agency was completely normal, innocent, and transparent—why hide it from the community? Why explicitly claim '100% full-time staff' in the funding request when the agency was already active?

When someone hides something as fundamental as where their time and business commitments lie, it raises the inevitable question: what else is being hidden behind closed doors? Which brings us to the next, much bigger reality that needs to be addressed.

What an individual does outside of their tasks and hours at PIVX doesn’t concern anyone.

We need to build PIVX and not remove the building blocks

Work together

The sheer amount of hours I put in daily into PIVX is evident daily. My meetings cover almost every timezone. It goes further than just market making. It’s about researching our partners, continuously working with them, negotiating, sales, managing our private relationships.

Please feel free to ask any questions so I can appropriately cover them as you are new and probably don’t know everything going on but let’s get you informed and up to date

Everyone here, except you @MrAli apparently, knows that @Jeffrey goes above and beyond his responsibilities, all the time. He is one of the most trusted people here at PIVX.

Again - since even you admitted to being aware that everyone has 'side jobs' to pay their bills, there is no need for disclosure of such efforts. This is a PRIVACY FOCUSED PROJECT after all.

Over and Over and Over and Over you have made mistakes about people. When are you going to change your ways? If anything, you have proven to yourself that the default should be to trust people here. Go ahead and verify that trusty - but starting with the assumption people can't be trusted is incredibly disrespectful and hurts PIVX.

First of all, you cannot brush off the truth with deflections and slogans. I provided verifiable public facts and dates because the community deserves to see reality. There is no need to divert the topic.

When a funded member explicitly requests public DAO funds stating they are a 'full-time staff member', where their professional hours and dedicated efforts go concerns EVERY single stakeholder who voted and funded that position.

Now, to move forward with transparency, here is a simple and direct question for the leads:

Has any portion of the PIVX treasury funds allocated for Marketing or Proposal budgets ever been used—directly or indirectly—for Staking, or as collateral to run Masternodes?

A clear Yes or No will suffice. @Jeffrey

Total balances in PIVX are sent to swap sites, exchanges, market makers or 3rd party business development managers in charge of listings. The next step for those funds is up to those people as long as they deliver what was paid for.

Re:

Over the past year, PIVX suffered devastating exchange losses—most notably the Binance delisting, as well as CoinEx and other liquidity venues.

The main reason for this are changes in EU regulations, mostly MiCA. This made it incredibly difficult for Exchanges to justify compliance for smaller coins, and especially PRIVACY focused coins. This is why CoinEx decided to SHUT DOWN ALL OPERATIONS. In other words, PIVX was not delisted there. They just shut down their business. That just proves my point about EU regulations and MiCA.

Many in the community have raised concerns that these critical partnerships were lost due to a lack of dedicated time, delayed response times, and divided focus.

Now you're making things up. No one believes that. Other than perhaps Liquid, I don't think there is a more dedicated person in PIVX in terms of hours and personal sacrifice.

You have a lot of votes @MrAli but your comments are eating away at any power you think you have. Do better please.

As for full time member that means fulfilling all
Tasks which is done in full every cycle. Even though grossly underpaid

Understood, @Jeffrey.

To help the DAO understand our current commitments and where treasury resources stand:

Have we recently (over the past few months) paid or transferred any amounts of PIVX to any 3rd party business development managers, listing agents, or intermediaries where funds are currently sitting or pending deployment?

If so, could you clarify which listings or partners received these funds, and what amounts are currently held with them?

Swap sites such as wizard swap which manage their own liquidity. For the purpose of paying the market makers. Then to the market makers which is either their direct mexc address or their business ones

We also paid TaskOn for a liquidity campaign which is part of market making. They distributed the PIVX to people that took part in providing liquidity

Thank you for mentioning TaskOn, @Jeffrey.

To keep things straightforward and transparent for the DAO:

In this past month, what was the exact total amount of PIVX paid out (including TaskOn, swap sites, or market makers)?

Could you please provide the specific amounts and the transaction IDs for these payouts?

Any contract payments cannot be disclosed due to nature of the business. You’re welcome to check the txids following those proposal addresses

USD amounts are commonly announced in telegram and discord when used

I will share invoices of ones allowed in public in future

I’m Sharing the task on invoice here

Also for last month everything sent to Enflux please send any txid you may have questions for. As the wallet is used with my own funds there is potential for UTXO mixing

I have deliberately framed my questions to give you every fair opportunity to come forward—in case an unintended mistake occurred, an accounting oversight happened, or something was simply forgotten. Yet you continue to deflect.

For the final time, I will ask directly:

Are you willing to amicably disclose these numbers and payout details now, so that if there is any genuine misunderstanding, it can be resolved transparently right here?

Show me the transaction you’ve seen so I can review
